Suspension overhauled to correct a "death wobble". Recommended proper size wheels and tires for off roading and towing. My truck is safer to drive anywhere , because they listened to how I use my truck. Kristal helped me get my first two sets of tires. Getting my tires rotated and checked every five thousand miles has kept my tires almost new before ever needing any major issues. A little over ten years ago going over the grade in Camarillo, my front tires hit something that fell off a truck when it was pitch black going up. All of a sudden my front two tires blew out and it broke my wheels. I was on my way to LAX for a flight. I was able to get my car towed to Associated in Ventura and leave it in the lot so Steve Jr. could look at it when he got in. I was so worried about how fast I could get my car back. Steve called and had already found the exact used wheels needed in Indianapolis, had them ordered and they were on my car in about eight days. I was so relieved and grateful, thinking it would cost a fortune, it was so affordable thanks to Steve's quick thinking and ordering the wheels on the spot. Just yesterday I had a light on indicating I had a low tire, so while I left my car for its tire rotation, Steve III found all my tires were low, but no damage and I got to leave with my car without a charge. I was looking for a place to do some front-end work on my older car and I have been here before for an alignment so i decided to give them another shot. I'm going to be honest, the biggest thing for me in places that service your vehicle is of course the quality of work but second to that and also equally as important to me is the ability to communicate with your customer, I don't care if you are going to take longer, falling behind or whatever, just inform your customer of what is going on. And Associated Tire definitely communicates properly and promptly with their customers keeping them updated along the way. The work was simple, I had some bushing and control arms that needed replacing and the work was done in one day, nothing crazy but I appreciate the mutiple calls to let me know the problem, cost and estimated time. Also the second my car was done, they called me to notify me it was ready. With other places I am normally chasing them down to see what's going on but not here. Great service over all and if I ever need them to service a vehicle, I will definitely be back. read more

I dropped it off and went to go take care of other errands and they had everything done a couple of hours later. The price on the oil change was well worth the value and while they were rotating the tires they also did a tire repair, which like the rotation was FREE.
