Exactly a year later (to the day), the garage wouldn't open so we called them back to service their work. They claimed that the door was not covered under their warranty and quoted us $750 to "balance and align" the door. We expected this to take several hours and were surprised to see them finish in 15 minutes. They clearly took advantage of the situation (non-operable door). Steer clear of these guys. There are honest garage door repair folks out there.
