The line rings three times and then drops the call without answering. They are unreliable and non-responsive.

I call one another place, I got a receptionist and she stated, " We can't send anyone out to quote you till tomorrow at noon." Okay...that's nice but I can't get my car out. I had to get my husband help me manually open the garage door from the inside which is very heavy ( I don't think people should do this....you can blow out your back like that...this is after the fact... I realized that it was not a good idea if your old). I called Austin and he personally answered the phone and stated that he can help me fix this in 30 minutes if it is just the spring. I asked him how much it would approximately be to fix the springs and he said about $250 to $360. I sent him a picture of my garage door and he said he can get the spring and be over in 30 minutes. I really like when they can answer their phone directly so you don't have to deal with a receptionist. Austin came over in less than 30 minutes and fixed my garage door in 30 min. He replaced both my springs on my garage door and it was $350. That was because I replaced both springs. If I wanted it cheaper I could of only replaced one of the springs. But why would I want to wake up to a broken garage door next month after I fixed one spring. Typically, garage door springs lasts about 7 to 8 years, so if it's about that time better to just replace both of them. Overall, I had a great experience. He came the same day ( I got really lucky), he came in less than 30 minutes, did a great job and I felt like the price is reasonable. Thank you Austin!!

We set up an appointment for an estimate and he stopped by right on time and quickly laid out some options. For the actual repair appointment, Justin was available the same day, which was great! He did end up a little behind schedule, but that can be pretty unavoidable in a business where big install jobs are mixed in with quick, urgent jobs like ours. Justin communicated the minor delay to us well in advance, though, so we could adjust our plans. During the repair appointment, he noticed another unrelated issue with our door which he also fixed, at no cost. I especially appreciated that he probably spent as much time checking that everything was working well afterward, as he did on the repair itself. I hope our garage door is in good shape for a long while now, but if that turns out not to be the case, I'd definitely call Dream Bay Garage Door again to help!
