During this second visit, I reminded Gary of our March and April conversations. Once again, he assured me of a quick delivery, placing what he claimed was a new order that would arrive "in a couple of days." Two weeks later, on December 21, I messaged him for an update. Silence. On December 23, I reached out again, to which he finally responded: "Hi Ken, sorry I'm out of the store here the last few days and today. I will check tomorrow when I get in and will update you." On December 26, the day after Christmas, Gary informed me that the system had "magically" changed my order to just two headrests of the wrong type, necessitating yet another reorder. Today is January 11, 2025, and I still have no headrests. In two months, this ordeal will mark its one-year anniversary. The most disappointing aspect isn't just the lack of headrests - it's the continuous cycle of empty promises and the complete absence of proactive communication or problem-solving. As someone who has purchased two premium spas from Bullfrog, I find it unconscionable that such a simple replacement part request has been mishandled to this extent. Scott came out to our house and reviewed the job and took all the measurements. We agreed to move forward and have him do the job. He showed up and began painting one of our pool boulders which wasn't even close to being what we originally had (he was using blood red). Shortly after he started doing that, he called me and informed me he was walking off the job, with no legitimate reason for doing so. Not sure how a contractor does something like this but now we are stuck with and incomplete job and a half-painted pool boulder. With that said, beware of Scott Talley and do business with him at your own risk. I have also alerted the B&B staff regarding referring this guy moving forward.

Absolutely Amazing!…read more Not only did Dolphin Pools meet our expectations, they blew them completely out of the water (pun intended). I don't use words like spectacular, incredible, amazing, and awesome lightly. The process of building a pool is groundbreaking, in the literal sense. The timeline for this process took roughly 3 months from the dig to jumping into the water for a swim. Allow me to remind you that the process is never going to be perfect for such a large project. There are many stages to this massive commitment, such as designing, mapping, digging, plumbing, electrical lines, concrete, travertine, city permits, dealing with HOAs (and the list goes on). None of this is going to go without delays, corrections, ordering additional parts, weather issues, etc. That said, the experience with Dolphin Pools was nearly flawless every step of the way. My wife and I did our research, and based on Google/Yelp reviews, we decided to contact Dolphin Pools. From what I understand, there are a number of designers, but we had the great fortune of having Drew Siler assist us with designing our dream pool. From the moment we met Drew, we were instantly impressed and quickly moved forward with the project. Not only is Drew kind, honest, and thoughtful, but very professional. We had a plan, and Drew walked us through every detail with 3D pool design renderings. He listened to our wants, but always kept us grounded with what was possible within our property and budget. Drew made himself available at all times to answer our questions and continued to do so through the entire process. He told us it was possible to have the pool completed by my wife's birthday in September if everything went smoothly, and we made it. He is truly a man of his word and we couldn't thank him enough.
