I can barely count the moves we've helped with and used these storage units! The front desk staff, especially Brian, was very helpful and efficient. They carry moving and storage items, boxes, bubble wrap, tape, wrapping paper, locks, etc. I've purchased oodles of supplies here. The inventory is always well stocked and the sizes of the boxes are varied! There are several unit sizes to choose from. Our family has used the smaller units to the larger units! When someone in our family moves or is in between residents and needs to store some things for awhile, we use Extra Space Storage! And we make moving a party and have fun packing and unpacking! Moving can be a drag, but this place makes it one step easier! The bright green doors are well marked to help you find your unit easily! Recently, we went by my sister's space to reorganize some of her things, and other than some expected, light dust, the unit was clean and we didn't notice any little critters around. Just to be safe, we sprayed the space before we put her furniture and boxes in there! So... if you need some extra storage, don't space out!! Use this convenient, clean, fair priced facility!!

Based on my recent conversations with management, they are well aware of the problem and have not taken adequate steps to get rid of the rats. And, they are refusing to replace any of my items that were destroyed due to the rats. I had to throw out rugs, mattresses, chairs. DO NOT STORE ITEMS HERE. Management says some people store food and it attracts rats but I didn't see an adequate number of traps or poison to get rid of the rats. Management knows there's a problem but lie to potential renters and tell them everything is clean and orderly. BEWARE. I wrote a letter to senior managers and I've called. But, they ignore me. The one time move in fee for the rental vehicle, gas and mileage was more than fair. I needed a place to store my daughter's things when she was making a move to a different state. I signed up for a storage unit that was listed at $68 a month and there was no discussion of it being an introductory rate or that there would be any kind of drastic immediate price increases. So three months in and my $68 a month rate gets raised to $113 a month! When I complain about it I'm told that's an adjustment to meet the rates of the area. Of course when you look at the Extra Space Storage website, my $68 rate is still listed for a unit that exactly matches mine. What a surprise! This is the classic bait and switch tactic. They have your stuff and there's not much you can do about it unless you want to come and move your stuff out. And they know it so of course they're going to jack up the costs to the consumer. Apparently I'm not the first person to experience this and shame on me for not doing my homework but I can recommend that if you deal with a organization like Extra Space Storage that you get the rate guaranteed in writing so that this sort of thing can't happen to you. It's a shame that we have to deal with corporations and companies that feel the consumer is a patsy that they can jerk around at their pleasure.

We just never have enough space, and lord knows this old house was built during a time when closet space wasn't a priority. The perks of Mini Price...a professional team. More than just "climate control " which at our previous space, meant, your 4 walls and a roof overhead to keep out rain, sun, snow. Mini Price actually has Air Conditioning, which makes it much more comfortable when needing to run in for something or to store something away. It feels very secure. My only gripe, would be, they advertise a price on their website, but that price is the "this is where they get you" per our salesperson. You can expect a pretty low price for the first 2 months and then the price goes way up. Apparently this place caters to short term clients, and it is a bargain if you just need a month or two. That being said, the price still isn't bad once you factor in that it is new, clean, AC, secure, a team of professionals on site to assist if needed, and ease of use. Though we did not take advantage of it, they even have moving trucks for move-in use, only fee is mileage. When we went to check this place out, the units with the size space we were seeking were fully occupied, so we ended up with a larger space for not much more than we were paying at the previous place. For that, the value is pretty good. Overall, so far so good. I would definitely recommend Mini Price for your self storage needs.
