Great banh mi, super easy to place orders and they're ready on time. My sisters and I love getting sandwiches and drinks from here!

Really good boba and close to the house!! I was really sad to see Bambu close but gave this place a try over the weekend and their drinks are so good! They have a variety of drinks from slushies to tea style and different jelly flavors. I wasn't hungry for food but their banh mi's looked good. This is the worse experience that we ever had at this place. The service was totally not professional. I sent my 2 kids to order a bubble tea just a one bubble tea and they waited at the table for half an hour. People who came after placed order and they got served first and long gone. I looove me some spam and eggs with anything. I've never had it in a banh mi, but it was a pleasant surprise. I got the popcorn chicken at medium level spice which was a good kick. I'm not the best at eating spicy foods so medium was more than good enough for me and I got the tarp milk tea with 50% sugar -- just the right amount of sweetness. Discovered this place since having to hang out in area twice a week due to daughter's dance school in area. They totally have the best bahn mi! Better than the regular shops i go to in Chinatown bellaire and midtown. The bulgogi and shredded chicken sandwiches are very flavorful, so good im addicted and have to come when in area. And they have tapioca/boba drinks & tea all in one place. Popcorn chicken is yummy with a bit of a kick. They have a small menu of rice bowls and vermicelli as well, will need to try! read more

I ordered Boba from this place and not only did it take a long time getting here, they got the order wrong. There was no ice, or or boba in it, when we asked for it specifically. When we got over the wrong order it tasted awful! Will not be ordering from here again read more

Review for Teas only, haven't tried their food yet. Tried their various teas in various flavors. My first drink was plain lavender tea (with black tea) and 30% sugar. It was wayyyyy too sweet. Then I got lavender milk tea with no sugar and it was decent since I told the lady on the phone that I don't like it too sweet. I was happy and so thought of trying Taro. Ordered Taro with no sugar. It was disgusting. Powder they used was awful and toooo sweet. I got it replaced with plain milk tea with no sugar (decent again). Today tried plain ginger green tea with sugar and guess what it was sweet. I believe the powders they use all have too much sugar and their tea strength with no milk is also too strong. Only reason for going back again and again is their Bobba. It's perfect but that's about it. read more

Had to write this review to warn of the bad customer service from a non-Asian girl that work there. This is usually my favorite place for Boba tea and sandwich but after this I may consider going somewhere else if I keep getting the same customer service from that girl. I wrote this because; unfortunately I had the same bad service from that nasty rude girl a second time. I thought the first time was a fluke and she had a bad day. But I went Thursday (9/29/22) in the afternoon and was met by her again. She was already nasty and rude taking my order and I was fine with it just to get past that part. When my order was done; she called my name and left my food on the counter and walked away. I had found that she was missing my drink. I ask her where my drink was and she did not say a word and went to the refigerator and slam my drink on the counter and walked away with a pissed off face; acting like I was there for free food and drink. I think the issue with this girl is that the owner/manager is making her work. I think she just wants to be there and sit around and get paid. I am giving at least 2 stars for the food and drinks. read more

So happy to have a boba shop in our neighborhood! Boba are usually spot on and not too hard. We always order the same drinks, black milk tea, taro smoothies & taro coconut smoothies! I appreciate a place that adjusts sugar and ice levels. We are repeat customers and have gone through many stamp cards! Hope they stay for a long time. read more

They got my order wrong :( I just ordered four simple drinks but they switched the toppings. They seem to be understaffed with the amount of in person, online, and calling orders they take. Luckily, the person I got the drink for is not that prickly but I still felt bad. I also got popcorn chicken and fries, but they're pretty salty. The boba was at least pretty good though read more

With the COVID and a lot of businesses are struggling, I would like to support establishments especially mom and pop like this place. However, incompetence is not something that should be encouraged if this place wants to stay open. There were four people in the counter. I was the only one who ordered at that time and was informed that that would bring my order to my car, almost 30 mins and three other cars served, I had to finally asked my order, and they forgot. They could not even remember if I ordered in person or online. Was so upset, I cancelled my order. Wasted time. I would rather support other business who value their customer. I was unsure about this place because the last couple of banh mi and boba shops around here totally missed the mark. I'm Vietnamese so it's important to me that a shop that specializes in banh mi make a delicious and legit one. I'm happy to say that Go Tea's banh mi was tasty! The bread had a good crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Didn't cut up the roof of my mouth which is important. I had the combo and it had the perfect amount of Vietnamese cold cuts and pate. Mine could have used an extra couple of splashes of maggi but that's just my preference. Boba had the perfect chew and the drinks were on point! Will definitely be coming back! read more

Great lunch spot! The banh mi was great(I always add an egg) and the portion was good. What really made the sandwich stand out was the bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We went to this new tea house and Vietnamese banh mi "hoagie sandwich" spot this past week. I am happy to say that there is now an authentic and good Vietnamese banh mi spot in Katy! I had the combination banh mi with an avocado smoothie, while my wife had the pate and pork sandwich. Our son loves the popcorn chicken. Both were excellent and meet our expectations to what we usually eat in the southwest part of town on Bellaire. It is good to know that we now have a good place close to home when the cravings for a good banh mi or milk tea/smoothie kicks in. I went to Houston to visit my relatives and saw a grand opening sign. I decided to stop by to get something to drink and some snacks. I'm was surprised that how is delicious BBQ Banh mi. It is so much yummy and the meat is really tender. I tried my taro milk tea with less sweet and Im really happy for my drink. My husband love his artichoke tea too.
