This place was so good! Friendly customer service, and I got the butter chicken woah. This is the first place l've willingly written a review about it's so good. No pressure to tip or leave ratings. Reasonably priced butter chicken is about $13-14 and it comes with rice. The naan is super good but it's also $3 per so go with that in mind. Imagine waiting 30+ minutes for a $1 order of fries and still never getting them. That's exactly what happened here. The service was unbelievably slow, disorganized, and careless. I eventually had to leave because apparently bringing out a small bowl of fries was too much to handle. Horrible expereince. read more

The food is great, no complaints there. The only thing I'd suggest is improving the wait time. I placed my order 15 minutes in advance, and when I called, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. This gem requires being culturally curious and open-minded. It is very authentic, food is delicious (very spicy). Please be patient with the host, his English is hard to understand but he tries hard and is very attentive and polite. I tried the Bagare baigan, I was not in the mood for meat that day so he suggested this eggplant dish. Try the chai latte, it's delicious, much better than Starbucks. What I love the most about this restaurant is that is not fancy, not pretending to be westernized, the focus is on their cuisine and pleasing the customer...and they are open for breakfast! read more

One word - nasty! I love a good curry and I'm always willing to try new places. Sadly this won't be one I go back to. Everything from the menu to the eating space was greasy and dirty. The pakora came out cold and soggy. The korma was bland and made me feel ill all evening afterwards. We mostly got snacks and some of them were a bit spicy for my white taste. The mango lasse was very good. I wouldn't recommend bringing a large group as it is a fairly small place. Do not be put off simple, and cafeteria, looking atmosphere. Service was good and the food was excellent. My wife and I split butter chicken and an eggplant dish. Stumbled onto this place while searching Door Dash and so very glad we decided to give it a try! Not being very well versed in Indian cuisine, I had to google almost everything we ordered. I'll try to paste our selection into this review. The only thing that I didn't care for was the vegetable puff, too salty for my taste. Everything else was delicious! The naan was a tad chewy, but I'll put that down to it having to be transported rather than eaten fresh. Grateful we selected the "medium" paneer dish because holy cow that food is spicy! Spicy, aromatic and delicious! I was hoping to see some cilantro chutney available. I was eagerly waiting for opening of Green Bawarchi as this is so close where I live. They did not disappoint! They have excellent choices of desi snacks and food. Friendly staff and the owner(s) always check on the food quality and service we get there. The place is also very kid friendly. In multiple occasions, they offered us drinks or food for the kids which is very generous. I keep going back for the mouth watering chicken noodles and fried snacks.
