Not many shops understand these cars since they're rare and complex. Kiet and his worker (Duong?) were able to work on my car without any issues. I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. I already saw that they have a great selection of high end car lubricants and I will be back here to have them do the oil changes on the car. I came in to buy air filters and I left wanting to be a returning customer.

For over 3 years, I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals, pads, and other supplies because there is a lot of comfort seeing the items in person before purchase where I rather pay the 10% premium compared to online competitors to make sure this store is still around for me to come back and enjoy the inventory. You never really know what you will get with online only shopping. My only complaint is wishing they were closer to central OC instead of being close to 5/405 freeway merger.

The last visit I had with my Land Cruiser was urgent as one of my transmission hoses ruptured rending it undrivable. Frank/Eric were proactive and allowed me to tow my LC to them to figure out the issue the next day (they were closing at the time I called). After parts were received on their end, my Land Cruiser was up and running back to normal. They inspected and test for any damage to the transmission that may have occurred when losing all of my transmission fluid. I am happy to have found a shop with a good work ethic, friendliness and thoroughness that is local to me in Santa Ana. 10/10 would recommend if you have a offroad vehicle or a Toyota (I am sure they are proficient with other vehicles as well).

I described to serge what shops are telling me and he told me no darn problem and he told me exactly what they'd do, loosen the subframe, loosen engine mounts, stabilize the engine with a cherry picker & tilt it forward to access the engine from behind the fire wall. He was the only guy in all of the SF Bay Area, Silicon Valley, & Sacramento who even knew what I was talking about. After research, I decided to pull the trigger. So far, Lauren and serge were very welcoming to receiving my vehicle in the middle of the evening and now they're going to give a FULL thorough inspection to get me up to date with everything I might need for this project. I'm thankful to have found them and look forward to working with them for this project. I trust Lauren & serge will be sure to get this together for me.
