I leave honest reviews, and this one needs to be said. I bought a blind spot mirror less than two weeks ago, showed the employee exactly what I wanted, and still ended up being sold the wrong product. It's completely unusable at night. I tried to return it with the mirror and the receipt. The only thing missing is the box. One employee told me to come back when the manager was there, and then the manager said they "can't take it back without the box." Two different answers, no real help. So now I'm out almost 20 bucks. Pretty disappointing and unprofessional, especially from a place I've spent plenty of money at. read more

I was quite surprised and confused reading one of the Yelp comments stating they came to this location and the employees were so helpful in replacing the car battery because I had the opposite experience at the same location. I came in recently looking to buy a new battery and asked if they can replace the battery for me (says on the website that they do free installation with purchase- maybe I read wrong), female employee (wore thick glasses) looks at me strangely and says she doesn't know and asked her coworker if he can install the battery, the male gives a hesitant yes and then walks away. Minutes later the female tells me they can't do it and that I need to bring the car to a car shop to replace the battery because they need to reboot the car computer system. Huh?. . I miss the good ole days where the Autozone employees gladly offered to help and had better customer service. I'm old. read more

Amazing team, kind responses and quick service. I came in with my vehicle today for a battery swap and got in and out in less than ten minutes. They did EVERYTHING for me, took out the old one, put in the new one, and exposed of the old one. Super relieved not to be stuck with the stress of having to do these kinds of things myself! Came to Autozone to pick up some brake lights for my car. Employee named Ruben help me very quickly to find the right part, even came out to the car to verify which lights were needed. Usually I YouTube videos to change my own parts, but as I was checking out, I just asked if this was something they could change. He said yeah, no problem, grabbed his tools and came out to switch the out the lights. He switched them out in no time and I was on my way. I've been to Pepboys, they have mechanics but they make you wait in line. Autozone saved me a lot of time and hassle, I'm very appreciative to Autozone and Ruben who was very knowledgeable. read more

Well the first person that helped me with a wire brush to clean my battery terminal, it ended up being a kit, . They were excellent, once we got my battery in my wedge was not going back in even though the batteries were the same. I drove back to auto zone and asked one of your employees if they could take a look, he was having a problem at first then went inside and brought out another kit for battery wedges and saved the day, it still gave a little trouble, but saved me some time. If i could give it 10000 stars I truly would. Everyone here was so sweet, patient, kind, and respectful. I came in around 12:30pm and left around 2pm. I had extremely loose and not well tightened battery cables and they helped me out. Four different people helped me out. They had to makeshift a screw for me, tighten it, helped me put the harness on my battery, etc. The amount of kindness and patience they had for me and my little Miata was unmatched. I, Alex Farfan, came into auto one distressed and worried. Like an unruly Karen, I made the most obnoxious remarks in order to be served first. The manager personally walked out with me to my truck, calmed me down,and helped me diagnose my truck , 2000 Toyota Tacoma. After teaching me about my vehicle and going through every piece of the puzzle, he personally took out my battery and charged it for free. Then he gave me his honest opinion on what I should do next. He gave me multiple options to fix my issue. After brainstorming, we decided that if I couldn't start my truck, I should purchase an alternator or a starter. Together, we determined that my problem is most likely a bad alternator. Right now I'm sitting in my gargage running my truck for an hour thanks to his advice to see for sure if I need a new alternator.
