You order at the counter, and they bring your food out, so there is not a lot of interaction with the staff. That said, the cashier was friendly, and the chef came out at some point to talk baseball with my son. Not the cheapest meal, but I happily paid a little more for this than something from McDonald's. That being said, the fried chicken breast was tender and not overly salted. The biscuit was good but prefer the biscuits from places like Hardee's which are crispy outside and fluffy inside. The Power Bowl was okay, not great. I was disappointed as I expected something more than what it was. Coffee was quite good and self-serve bottomless cup. Maple Street biscuit is definitely worth a try, but not worth going out of your way if you already have a biscuit place you enjoy that is closer by.
