We were moving and had 3 of the 5 bedrooms empty and we keep the house fairly clean but we wanted to find a Housecleaner to prepare the house for listing it to sell, However, when my husband got home, she charged us $50 more than I was told and my husband paid it unknowingly. $178 total When I got home these were all the things found not completed !!!!! I called Guy and he did not call me but had Rebecca call me and she assured me she'd come back and clean it. Then i came down with Covid (4-5 weeks) so everything was postponed to ensure the housekeeper would be safe to clean once we left the house to the new house. So fast forward to that day and she said she'd be there at noon. But then I got these other texts from her as to why she was late each hour and by 6:30pm I had had enough of her nonsense. Guy did refund us $50 but very very disappointed in the terrible lack of housecleaning and that she never came back back to complete job at our scheduled time!!! We are also missing a new prescription that we never found. We do not recommend this company for cleaning! Not dependable, not professional and waste of money and time!!!
