An hour later still no pizza. So I called the store to which they replied "oh he's on his way" in which I replied am I going to get an 1 hr old soggy pizza? "Oh no there was just a mixup and he's on his way - sorry about that". That's it no we'll take care of you or even an update. So now after 1 1/2 still waiting on it to show. The sad part is this is the 2nd time this has happened. Never again! Don't deliver if you can't manage it. I live a mile and a half away.

He said they use Door Dash as they are short on drivers and we should complain to Door Dash. We ordered through Marco's app. Had no idea they didn't have drivers. We asked for some compensation for the poor service and cold, dry pizza. The manager again directed us to Door Dash. Too bad they have no desire to please their customers or take responsibility for their own product or compensate for a bad experience.
