The pepperoni was spicier than what my husband likes, but I thought it had good flavor. I liked the crust under the triangle of pizza, although I found the crunchy crust edge to be too crispy and chose to not eat much of it. The char flavor is delicious. Pizzas are large--each triangle slice is similar to the single slices I used to see in the mall at Luca Pizza or like the slices from Bella Pizza. One or two slices will fill you up.

They were all charged for the extra sauce, even though it had been missing from their entrées. The server hadn't checked back with us or offered refills. Two in our group ordered salads, and they were happy with them. I observed two employees sitting on a bench, having a conversation while it appeared that tables needed to be bussed and cleaned. We waited a long time for our server to bring our checks, and then longer for our payments to be taken. I also had a recent experience with a carry out order where some of the items I had ordered were missing when I picked up the food, even though I had been charged for them. I was picking up an order to take to work so I didn't have time to return and pick up the items missing from the order. Crafters has a great atmosphere but improvement is needed in both food and service.

The steak pappardella pasta is a real delight. Broad flat egg noodles in a rich creamy sauce with mushrooms and topped with sliced medium steak. Bonus.....Tuesday is half priced wine! It appears predominately a carryout location. I believe they make deliveries as well but double check, including the delivery zone. Since it is mainly a carryout / delivery establishment, it is extremely important to me that orders are correct. I was very satisfied with the accuracy... my family can be very particular and makes a lot of menu substitutions! The menu consists mostly of pizza and wings.
