The pizza here is really good. But it stops with that. 3 times now our pizza has been very late, cold and dried out when it arrived. Today, ordered at 6:32, promised delivery at 7:32, notified out for delivery at 7:01, (Our house is 10 mins away), received at 8:10 after calling and asking where our order was. Told they'd pass our complaint on to the manager. Called back after we saw the cold, dried up pizza and spoke to the manager. He said they use Door Dash as they are short on drivers and we should complain to Door Dash. We ordered through Marco's app. Had no idea they didn't have drivers. We asked for some compensation for the poor service and cold, dry pizza. The manager again directed us to Door Dash. Too bad they have no desire to please their customers or take responsibility for their own product or compensate for a bad experience. read more

We were driving up the road. We saw Marcos Pizza and turned around and went in. We ordered a pizza and bread sticks. I have to limit my meat type, so we ordered ground beef on one side. The other side was sausage and pepperoni. They got it right. It was delicious. We really enjoyed the pizza. We took the pizza home and had it there. They do have eat in if you want it. Not sure what has happened with the location. Ordered a pizza for in store Pickup at 6:03 PM. Said it would be ready at 6:13. Get to the location and wait. At 6:40 asked what the hold up was. They said it would be at least 10 more minutes. Kitchen was dirty. General manager was rude. The franchise owner should be ashamed of how this place has gone down hill. read more

The thin crust pizza was very good. Make sure you sign up for coupons, they have very good deals.

This location is at least 45 min behind every time. We've had to move to a different pizza place. Once, it was delivered 2 hours late

We ordered a large pizza and 2 salads from Marcos and usually it is very quick and good but last night at 538pm we ordered and Zack took the order. He told us up front it would be 46 minutes to 1 hour. No problem. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I called to check and Zack told us it left 7 minutes ago and we said thank you. They are less then 3 miles from us. 25 minutes later no delivery so I called back again and Zack answered the phone. I ask for a manager and some guy answered,[Did not give a name] he apologized again and said it has not been picked up yet because they are down a driver. I ask him don't you use grub hub now instead of delivery drivers now and he said yes but they did not show up. So I ask why Zack told me it had already left and no answer. I let him know how dissatisfied we was and he had nothing else to say. I finally just told him to cancel the order and I should see it on my card because it was already paid for. All he did was sounded like a snicker and said ok. I also let him know that this was very poor customer service and we would probably not order from them again and he acted like it was not a big deal to him. I wonder if it was even a manager to begin with. If it was then it is very sad to see how they deal with there customsmers. read more

Me and my friends have been going here for about a year to 2 years and i just have to say mrs kelly has been a great part of the reason why i always come to this pizza place. specifically she's been nice and loving torwards me and my friends and family the service has also been incredible. We always get are pizza nice and hot and they never hold back on there toppings, i would also like to add that the food always comes right on time and they always deliver fast and efficiently. It's been awhile since I've ordered Marco's, always thought it was excellent but my pizza was seriously undercooked (I'd ordered a regular bake with a regular crust). There was a significant layer of completely raw (still stretchy) dough under the toppings and the cheese was only just melted. I don't understand how this is possible unless it was removed from the oven much too early. I tried baking it some more at home but that didn't work and we ended up having to throw it away. This is the first time I've ever gotten a pizza anywhere that was genuinely inedible. Yes I could've called and asked for a remake or store credit, but if you give a pizza that undercooked to a customer I'm not going to trust you to make me another. And honestly I was too tired and hungry to deal with it so I just made myself something else. But since I didn't give them the chance to make it right I'm awarding the rating I would've given if they had. read more

What a disappointment! If I could give negative stars, I woulWe used to have the best pizza and customer service under the previous owner. But not anymore. Tried to order pizza online and was having some issues. The manager got on the phone and she was kind of nasty to me. I understand if the manager does not have any discretion due to corporate policies, but the manager doesn't have to get all upset just because I'm asking. Very odd behavior in a customer service position. I don't know, maybe she was having a bad day. And no, I was not being nasty myself, just trying to get my order in on the phone. This occurred on January 31, 2025 around 5 PM. Definitely a difference at this location since ownership changed. We then ordered our pizza at a locally owned pizza joint that gave us great service and pizza. Happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

Wow! I love this local location of Marcos on south harbor in Noblesville! The staff and Kelly are the best ! Good pizza, for being a chain. But their website is total garbage. Doesn't work about 30% of the time. And for some reason, our nearest location has a totally different website that functions even worse. Likely the typical corporate jockies trying to make something better while totally ruining it. I had a spider on my pizza. I was with my friends and had ordered it for a party. They each saw it and can confirm. When I called to ask for a refund they demanded I show them the pizza first, so I drove there to show them and they said I had put it there to try to get money. LOL! It was only a $10 pizza. Absolutely wonderful people making a fantastic pizza! Called in an order for pickup and was advised it would be about 90 minutes. That was perfect timing! Went in to pick it up and the crew was running like a well oiled machine, taking orders and busting out those pizzas like that was the last meal anywhere!! GOING DOWNHILL..This for a few years has been my favourite Pizza place. The last several orders, pizza when just picked up has been just warm, sporadic levels of cheese, etc. A couple others I know voiced the same. I found out they were having staff problems I afforded them a break thinking THAT was causing the problems. AGAIN I ordered and pizza was lack luster at best. When I inquired if the lady that had owned the place had sold it they said no she spends alot of time at another location. I thought AHA that was the problem, she was away and her staff were slippin. So I called the other location to advise her of this because I did not want to have to start finding another place to get pizza. I called, her first concern was not my experiance but "WHO TOLD YOU I WAS AWAY ALOT?" This tells me EXACTLY where the problems were coming from. LOST CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMERS OPINION, MORE OF THEIR OWN BELIEFS IN THEIR OWN PERSONAL OPINION. After 40 plus years as a corporate nationwide restaurant officer, I have seen this VERY THING kill many operations. IT IS NEVER THEIR FAULT, ALWAYS ANOTHER EXCUSE. Then I would be sent to try to fix it. Getting a customer the first time is easy, holding them is a continual consistency issue, then lose one and its VERY VERY hard to recover them, almost impossible. DARN DARN SHAME, moving on to find another place with quality consistent pizza, hard to do. read more

Used to like this location. Under newer owners I just had a bad experience. The app had some issues and charged my credit card multiple times. I called the store and the worker who answered was polite, professional and trying to help me. I understood they could not fix my charge issue as they did not even see my order, however, I asked to just redo my order on the phone and mentioned the app had a coupon discount. The worker asked the manager for help as he needed her to approve the coupon. The manager then came on the phone and treated me very unprofessionally, pretty much barking at me for even asking to do the coupon, she then hung up on me. I was shocked. I was not unfriendly, but just asking if they could do the coupon. I understand she probably deals with bad customers at times, but seems to have fallen into a mode of assuming all customers are bad I guess. Anyways, filed a comment to the newer owners website, Hoogland Restaurant Group out of Tennessee. I won't be using this location again unfortunately. read more

The management of this restaurant has suffered lately. The app has gotten worse. Their answer to always being 30 minutes behind their promise time is "It being made now." After ordering from here 3X's a month for 3 years or more, we will move on to a new pizza experience. read more

Great tasting pizza but overcharged for order. Ordered three XL pizzas at $19.99 each. Ordered for delivery and prepaid. Received 2 XL pizzas and one small pizza but the charge was the same. Recommend picking up your order and not using delivery from this location at least. read more

I ordered a Steak & Cheese Sub and a medium cheese pizza. I picked them up and took them home. The pizza was good. The sub however was the absolute WORST I've ever had anywhere! There was very little steak and what was there was like all ground up. There was very little cheese. When I unrolled the paper off the bun, all I could see was red sauce. The sub was literally swimming in it. I had to use a spatula to separate what was left to the bun from the paper. This steak and cheese sub literally was nothing more than a bun soaked with pizza sauce. I wish I had taken a picture of it as words can't even begin to describe how awful it looked and tasted! My favorite new carry-out pizza! I will admit that I wasn't too excited about trying a new pizza place since there are so many in Hamilton County, but I was pleasantly surprised! To be honest, I probably wouldn't have even tried Marco's except for some great coupons we received. We chose several different pizzas to take to a get together, and everyone loved all of them! We tried both thick and thin crust, and both were great. The 3-cheese blend is excellent, and the tomato sauce tastes very fresh and flavorful. The toppings were very generous, with real slices of onion and mushrooms rather than just diced bits like so many pizzarias serve. I loved both the Garden specialty pizza and the White Cheesy. The Deluxe Uno was the favorite of some in our group. We plan to return soon to try some other varieties. The employees were friendly, helpful and courteous, both on the phone and in person. read more

Ordered from this Marcos again months after my original 1 star review where they did this the first time as well and pizzas arrived 45 mins late again...in a Maserati? Insert irony...spoke to an associate because the shift or store manager wouldn't take my call and they offered me a credit and not a refund. Why would I order pizza from here again to use the credit?
