GoGo movers were absolutely amazing! I was scheduled to move 23Jun but had to change last minute on 22Jun and 7:30pm. I called and Olga answered and was able to rebook me for Sunday. I was so pleased and surprised. The truck showed up on time and the two guys that moved me from a 3rd floor apartment were professional. It was a super hot and miserable day and they worked right through it all. They finished the move in four hours which is what I was anticipating and the rate they charged me was fair and reasonable. I've moved nearly 10 times in my life and had always wanted to use a moving company. I'm glad GoGo movers where the ones I choose. The movers showed up Exactly on time and where efficient and carful. They wrapped each item with expert speed. I have a couch that has pained me with every move but these men maneuvered it out of my loft apartment with grace. They did primarily speak Spanish but we could communicate as needed. I moved my 1B1B apartment on my own with the help of two men in just three hours. Thanks Olga for being very responsive as I reached out to inquire about movers to help unload our truck with our belongings. Olga was very professional, quick to respond and helpful with my concerns. The movers did arrive a little later than scheduled but that wasn't a problem at all. Thanks to the movers who came out and got the job done. My complaint is regarding the aftermath of the move. The movers did not use any furniture pads/blankets when moving the heavy furniture such as the dressers and bedroom furniture. I have noticed there are now scratches on the floor in the master bedroom. My second issue is I requested to have the washer and dryer hooked up. The drain hose was not connected at all which led to a flood in my laundry area. Luckily I was close by and caught it quickly and prevented a major flood in the kitchen. Go Go Movers service was excellent. After some miscommunication on the date of the move, they showed up a day early. My wife had communicated the 12th, their scheduler reviewed the 12th for availability, and then scheduled the 11th. When confirmation was sent to my wife, she failed to verify the date. Confirmation was sent for the 11th. They were able to accommodate us and the next day with only a small fee for the wasted time/travel. Since we failed to verify the confirmed date, I felt this was fair. As for the move, we were moving my recently graduated daughter from school to her new apartment. They were absolutely excellent. Everything was moved without incident. Since it the charges were time based, they were able to help us finish up some packing that she was unable to complete. I needed to move out of my apt and needed to move quick! I got a quote and booked my move. The day I was supposed to move to my new apt I found out that it wouldn't be ready for another whole day. That is another review for another day. Anyhoo, I text GoGo Movers to ask if I could change my appointment for another day. Mind you the movers were already on their way to my old apt. They gladly changed my appointment with no problems. They came on the new date and quickly got to work. God bless them because you don't think you have that much stuff until it is time to move. They wrapped my mattress, tv's, dressers, nightstands, and couch. Nothing was broken, bumped, damaged, or bruised. What they quoted me was exactly what I paid. I did go over, but it was all good. Moving is draining, but they were friendly, quick (for the amount of stuff I had!) and professional which made the daunting task of moving a little bit bearable. Please hire them! They came right on time. Olga's response is quick and great communication. The guys moved everything within 30-45 mins. They Saran wrapped anything that needed it (TVs, mirror, desks, etc). They assisted in breaking down my bed frame and trashing it. They put everything where it needed to be - even put together back my tv stand to connect with my tv. They also help if you need something drilled off. In total it took 3 hours, packing everything moving locations (about a 25 min drive to my new location). Highly recommend them! :) read more

Even if you think something is included as part of a normal moving service, you will get nickeled and dimed and you will be left in a pinch for making spot decisions to add to your quote. I can start with the positives because there were some. The team was on time and each person I interacted with was very nice. However, they were very slow. I had almost 2/3 of my stuff in a storage unit to save time, as well as every single loose item either in my car or in a secured box. Everything in the house was moved to the front room for efficiency other than furniture obviously and this job took almost 10 hours and that was without reassembly simply because I could not afford them any longer. There were a couple pieces of furniture that a big church was taken out and I never received the refund I was told I'd receive. And at 37 weeks pregnant I had to move boxes myself after they left because no matter where I said to put things they just put it wherever. It was frustrating and unprofessional. When I reached out to complain, I was told I should've had more movers even though I was never advised on this when hiring. The price was there but no recommendation for house size etc. If you are interested in niceness, these guys are great. If you are looking for efficiency and respect of your time- hire anyone else. read more
