Had an excellent tandem jump Easter morning. My original appt had to get shuffled due to safety concerns with high winds moving in. Wasn't a problem for me and I adjusted. The staff reaching out were very accommodating and easy to deal with in the minor reschedule. Desirae was working check in on my very early arrival. She was awesome, informative, friendly, and very generous in allowing me to stash my motorcycle helmet and jacket outside of provided lockers, it in her control. Really nice customer service and friendliness despite some of the other "customers". Top notch. I've had a little prior experience jumping, and was matched with Dimitrios as my jumpmaster/tandem. That dude is awesome. Enthusiastic, engaging, and true fun pro. Knowing I had a sprinkling of experience, he leaned into it and gave me quite an excursion. We didn't actually get to jump with GoJump Las Vegas (they called us the night before to let us know all jumps were cancelled), but I super appreciate their level of service leading up to it. I learned about GoJump from Groupon but had some follow-up questions. They have a text line where you can send them your questions, and they always responded within 1-2 minutes. They are super responsive :). GoJump was actually a little more expensive than other skydiving companies that we were looking at, but based on their availability and customer service, I was happy to go with GoJump. They also have a shuttle from Vegas (pickup by Excalibur) for $18 round trip, which is much more affordable than taking an Uber there. If you do want to purchase the Groupon, you have to call them to schedule, but they will also honor the Groupon directly - so no middleman (I would highly recommend booking directly). Unfortunately, as I mentioned, the actual skydiving didn't happen, but we were given the option to reschedule or get a refund. We were only in town for a short stint, so rescheduling wasn't an option, but getting the full refund is much appreciated, as that isn't something that all companies do. I also appreciate that they gave advanced notice for the cancellation so that we could plan the rest of our Vegas trip right away instead of waking up early and waiting around an airport only to have wasted half the day. Yes, we were bummed to hear that the trip was cancelled, but I get that weather is finicky and safety comes first. GoJump handled everything professionally and I commend them for that. read more

This is a must do experience for anyone that is a thrill seeker. I've jumped twice, and both times it was amazing. I'm not going to lie, when they tell you to put your feet on the edge of the platform, it's frightening... even more so for me than skydiving... but so worth the satisfaction you get from jumping off the 108th story of a skyscraper. My daughter just turned 14 and wanted to do it, so I went with her. She was nervous but didn't chicken out. Now she has the video to prove it to all her friends. I think I was more nervous than her. We never went on the trip because of weather but the booking was very sketchy so READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK. We went to Hawaii when there was the big storm and we were worried about the weather so we moved our jump to later in the week when it clears up. We were never told about ANYTHING regarding our deposit, so then we moved it very easily and customer service was great. We then realize the day before the jump that it will be cloudy and not worth the money so we wanted to cancel overall. So we called and the lady told us that in order to get a full refund for the deposit, we need to cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment. SHE then OFFERED to move the jump 72 hours ahead so we can call back and CANCEL the day after our call. We then call the next day, 48 hours before and try to cancel and the guy tells us we can't get a refund but we have the option to lock our deposit (until we jump; forever). We try arguing and yelling at him to give us the deposit of $260 back because the lady before told us we could. We decided to call another time to see if we could talk to someone different and she told us the same thing; we can't just move the appointment ahead outside of the cancellation window just to cancel???!!! At this point we give up and hopefully I'll be skydiving with a group of 5 in the future, because my $260 is locked away. Also we were setting up our appointment and there was a hidden gasoline fee of $75 when we were presented the price (we found out because I had to text and ask why the price was high). Amazing !!!! Don't forget to use groupon!!!!!! Did the jump yesterday and had no regrets! So pick up is at the excalibur rotonda. When they say 5am be there at 4:50 because they leave at that exact time. Wear pants and shoes. Weight limit is up to 250lbs but 220-230 / 230-240 and 240-250 has additional charges. They basically have a couple of photo vid packages. Best to get the best one. Do it during reservation because they can give you discount. Upgrading on site might land you a free tshirt. You can upgrade after the fact but no more freebies or discount. Photos and vids are online and are sent via link. Download within 2 weeks tho. So they send a shuttle and pick you up at the excalibur rotonda, you then arrive at a small airport and check in an ipad and sign disclaimers. You then get hooked up in a harness. Ride the plane. The physical skydive experience was good. Service not so much. I paid over $600 just for me and my man to have the camera experience going down and the vlog throughout the trip. Only one of the guys was interacting with us and only one of us got good content. This being my first time I was nervous and I was asking for a jumpsuit that they offered . Me asking for it , dude gave me attitude and basically made me feel uncomfortable for asking so I just wore my clothes lol . Which I found out was fine, but I just felt embarrassed for even asking.. as soon as you land, don't expect them to even talk to you because their job is over . We were than loaded up in a van and basically we're walking on our own inside and walked inside to takeoff our gear and they were already on the other side chatting and basically disregarding us. I had to reschedule my jump 3x and get prepared to jump and minutes before jumping, they canceled due to wind and rain conditions, which is understandable. But to have to pay for the shuttle ride there and back even when you can't jump is ridiculous. Getting excited to do something that extreme and then not being able to is hurtful. This was a perfect experience from start to finish. I was so impressed with both my tandem partner and the videographer who documented my experience. Every single staff member was so happy for me that I was there for my first jump. I felt immediately at ease that they were taking care to ensure my safety as well as my enjoyment of the experience. If you've never been skydiving, it's an awesome experience worth doing at least once! Making appointments were easy but you pay a deposit and fill out a waiver on site, then it's just about playing the waiting game. Weather plays a big role in these jumps and with the windy Vegas weather, you can expect some cancellations/reschedules but it's actually a common thing according to people who skydive. GoJump is about a 30 minute drive from Vegas. Once you get there, the entire process takes about 2 hours depending how packed it is. All you do is check in at the front and wait to get called up. When they call you, you'll get a harness and jumpsuit (if not dressed properly) in the next room and get a quick brief on what to do. Then you wait for your instructors to board the plane and it's go time! They literally do all the work so all you have to do is take it in and listen to what they tell you to do. The day I went, we went up 13,000ft in about 15 minutes and once we got up there, everything went by really fast. Before you know it, everyone's quickly jumping out one by one. The actual jump probably lasted less than a minute but felt awesome! Was I really falling from the sky or traveling through a wormhole? Anyways, the tandem pilot pulls the chute and you just glide down to the landing zone! Once you're back on the ground, a shuttle takes you back to the lobby. GoJump is a dope experience, I would definitely do it again sometime! read more

Just saw video of son-in-laws skydiving experience at GoJump Hawaii on the big island. Within minutes of picking them up at the airport and getting home, I had to write a review to express how impressed I am with his GoJump skydive. Chapin paid for an extra jumper to take more video. Don't know how much that cost but it was worth it. I kept repeating "Fantastic" as I watched the video. Each time the loop repeated I noticed more details and impressive scenes. It was the 18,000 foot jump. Up close and no jerking cameras, it was like me being there. Beautiful scenery too. The instructor he was connected to did an amazing job and the photographing and editing was perfect as well. What they did is not easy. Talk about coordination! I logged 28 jumps in my youth and from Chapin's description and what I saw, you couldn't have a better experience. Chapin is 238 pounds and I think 46 years old. Normally big guys land hard. Didn't get the instructor's name but he was an expert. It has to be extremely difficult buddy jumping with such a heavy person but you would never know it from the video. The instructor was smiling and made the experience a huge success. Chapin who is afraid of heights said he is ready to jump again and said he had an easy landing. I never thought I would skydive before I was 60, I was always set on jumping when I was older assuming I would have less to live for. My best friend invited me to go with her and a friend who was visiting town. After the past year and not knowing what life is really going to offer me in 2021 I decided to commit! The staff is very engaging and entertaining, making my nerves much more calm and rather than feeling nervous I got excited! I decided the purchase the package for someone to record and take photos and I am SO happy I did. Dennis did an amazing job of making the experience fun and also capturing great photos and videos! Sam was my jumper, he helped me relax and told jokes the whole plane ride up and was hyping me up which I desperately needed at the time. When I go back I will for sure requesting both of them. We went up the first day but the weather took a turn for the worse so we came back down. They re booked me for the next day and were super accommodating. My tandem guy was great (Michael, I think)! Explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel secure for my first jump. Pointed out landmarks and let me steer at one point too. Told me to smile so my face doesn't flop everywhere in the video-- and judging by the other videos from our plane, not everyone got that advice! They take a video whether you bought one or not, so everyone can watch themselves afterward (and other peoples' from your plane ... sometimes it's hilarious). More busy than I expected on the Monday before Thanksgiving during COVID. I didn't see anything about wearing a buff/gaiter style face cover (rather than a normal mask) when making my appointment, but you need one. They sell black ones with their logo at a reasonable price, and I collect them, so it's fine. So right off the bat I'm almost positive that there are TONS of fake reviews on this page. Read the negative reviews because they're basically all the same-- the service here is terrible and they're ridiculously unorganized. As a spontaneous decision, my husband bought jumps for my son and his new wife as a wedding gift. We were in Vegas but leaving that day so we were looking for someplace that could get them in that day. We found a couple of them and GOJUMP had a 2:00 available so we booked it. We booked online and paid in full, $199 per jumper. Within minutes, we received a confirmation email and a confirmation text, also asking for the body weights of both jumpers. However, when checking the email we realized that the reservation was for the next day, not today as we had thought. We texted back right away that we needed to either reschedule or cancel. We received an immediate text back that the reservation would be canceled because they didn't have any more availability, and a refund would be processed. LET'S PAUSE BECAUSE HERE COMES THE SH*T STORM. - The e-mail confirmation is from a company called VIMBLY. - The booking agent is VIATOUR. - The actual company is GOJUMP, which has several locations and a single call center for ALL of the locations that is located at none of those locations. - The texts come from LORD. ONLY. KNOWS. Given the absolute cluster of different entities, and just to confirm, we called. First we called GoJump directly. They told us we had booked through a third party-- Viatour and that we had to call Viatour. So we called Viatour. Viatour could not FIND OUR RESERVATION with our email address. They ended up finding it under my husband's name, but said the email associated with the reservation was from a VIMBLY account. Neither VIATOUR nor GOJUMP seem to have any idea what VIMBLY is. Anyway, so Viatour finally figures out where our reservation is and then said it wasn't up to them, it's up to GOJUMP. She put us on hold and called GoJump. Came back on the line and said that GOJUMP was not authorizing a refund. Whatever, it's cool. I'll figure it out with my credit card company later. Hang up. In the meantime my son had found another company that had spots for them at 1pm. It's 12:00. We start heading over there. THEN WE GET A TEXT FROM GOJUMP. Saying sorry about the refund but they can actually squeeze the kids in for a jump TODAY at 1pm. So we start heading to GOJUMP instead of the other place. Just to be sure, again, we call, but we're also already headed away from the other place and to GOJUMP. Shocker. The person who answers tells us they're fully booked at 1pm. Hang on. Literally 1 minute ago I got a text from you all saying come at 1 and we're on our way. She tells me ok, maybe the manager made a special authorization and puts me on hold. Comes back and says ok we're confirmed. Yay. At this point I may just prefer to JUMP OFF A CLIFF. But whatever. Get there. And guess what. They can't find our reservation. Not just that. The girl at the check in desk-- her name is Jessica btw-- is STRAIGHT UP AWFUL. My husband showed her the confirmation email and she says, VERY BITCHY, "I have never seen this VIMBLY company before in my life." Here's the thing though. She does find our reservation in the system. Like it's there and it says we paid. Nevertheless, she continues to be a dick. LIKE FOR. NO. REASON. She makes us wait while she goes in the back with her phone, for why?! I don't know. Who knows. Only Jessica knows. Jessica eventually comes back and tells us that we used a third party vendor to book and that we have to "be careful." WHAT?! Be careful of what?! You have our reservation right here in your system it's not my problem or my fault that YOU don't know who YOUR COMPANY uses as third party booking services. The minimum cost for pictures/video is over $100 per person. Lastly, there were two employees in an argument with each other right in front of the front door. One guy was just cussing the other guy out. So also that. I'm exhausted. read more

If you are a thrill seeker this is a MUST do! I am afraid of heights but I enjoy a good thrill and I am so glad I am able to cross sky diving off my bucket list. It is located at Jean Airport so it is open land. Once you arrive, you go to the room to the right to check in. The ladies at the front desk are personable and welcoming. There are kiosks in which you sign a waiver and then the ladies will call you to the counter and go over photo and video packages and prices. The prices are reasonably priced. Once everything is paid for, there is a couch to sit and wait or you can go outside and watch the people before you sky jump to add to any nerves you may already have. You will then get called when it is your turn in which you go to another room to get suited and meet your jump instructor. My instructor was Mike and he was very personable and had a great sense of humor cracking jokes to ease away my nervousness. He went over all the important details but made sure I had fun. There are no words to explain the experience as it was just amazing! This is definitely how you do Vegas! read more

I would love to leave a 5 star review because the jump experience was amazing. Afterwards, not so much. My and my husband both jumped tandem and decided after to get our videos and pictures. This is where the issues started. My video and pictures were perfect. His video was set at 5x speed and the pictures were great. The lady at the desk assured us they would "fix it" during editing and not to worry. So I pay an extra $108 for this "package". Mine come right away. His, locked. We have to contact them 3 times to get his pictures and then they tell us they cannot give us the video and will refund the money. Okay, we were disappointed but at least we get the refund right? Think again. We call 2 more times while we were in the USA and they says within 5 days it will be processed. It has been a month, the $70 they said would be refunded never came. So they scammed me out of $70 by promising us a video, then a refund, and never providing it. So be warned, if you want your jump video, make sure it looks good before or don't buy it.
