Post jump - Thanks to Dimitri!

I would say yes very professional but the supposed to be the pre-paid "video camera GoPro "was not able to capture because the other diver took our handcam and never returned it. I missed that opportunity I hope that they will try to avoid borrowing or getting other customers video camera Very unprofessional Shout out to my guide diver Dimitrios Sourlis he is very professionals well skilled

Such an amazing time today. I was almost too heavy to go but I kept my diet up as a buff guy! Was for my gf 4 year anniversary There's nothing like the feeling of falling out of a plane that RUSH!!! Really wish I could do this as hobby to get full solo license but you HAVE TO GO TO mesquite for solo certification or to CA

Such an amazing experience! For anyone on the fence about skydiving, do it! Everyone here was outgoing, professional, and Austin made sure to explain the entire process thoroughly before we went up. Thanks for a great jump!

Amazing !!!! Don't forget to use groupon!!!!!! Did the jump yesterday and had no regrets! So pick up is at the excalibur rotonda. When they say 5am be there at 4:50 because they leave at that exact time. Wear pants and shoes. Weight limit is up to 250lbs but 220-230 / 230-240 and 240-250 has additional charges. They basically have a couple of photo vid packages. Best to get the best one. Do it during reservation because they can give you discount. Upgrading on site might land you a free tshirt. You can upgrade after the fact but no more freebies or discount. Photos and vids are online and are sent via link. Download within 2 weeks tho. So they send a shuttle and pick you up at the excalibur rotonda, you then arrive at a small airport and check in an ipad and sign disclaimers. You then get hooked up in a harness. Ride the plane. Jump out and enjoy. :)

Go Jump sky diving experience was great. This last time I did it was in Las Vegas. It's located mins south of the strip. My daughter and I did the sunrise jump this time and I must say it's one of the most nicest views you will ever see of the sky. I highly recommend it. The staff was very nice and friendly. I've also jumped from the location in Oceanside California and that location was just as nice with the view of the ocean near by. I would suggest a sunrise or sunset jump.

This was my first time skydiving with my childhood friends we were celebrating my 29th bday & I could say I had the absolute best birthday experience ever from start to finish! All the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful! JORDAN was my tandem instructor he made me feel extremely comfortable & safe! i love how he was so passionate about it! That has to be why my experience was so beyond memorable! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. GoJump is the place to go I highly recommend, you will have an incredible journey !

I had to reschedule my jump 3x and get prepared to jump and minutes before jumping, they canceled due to wind and rain conditions, which is understandable. But to have to pay for the shuttle ride there and back even when you can't jump is ridiculous. Getting excited to do something that extreme and then not being able to is hurtful. And being charged off hope is just crazy. All I got is a free hoodie without the experience. Vacation wasted!

If you've never been skydiving, it's an awesome experience worth doing at least once! Making appointments were easy but you pay a deposit and fill out a waiver on site, then it's just about playing the waiting game. Weather plays a big role in these jumps and with the windy Vegas weather, you can expect some cancellations/reschedules but it's actually a common thing according to people who skydive. GoJump is about a 30 minute drive from Vegas. Once you get there, the entire process takes about 2 hours depending how packed it is. All you do is check in at the front and wait to get called up. When they call you, you'll get a harness and jumpsuit (if not dressed properly) in the next room and get a quick brief on what to do. Then you wait for your instructors to board the plane and it's go time! They literally do all the work so all you have to do is take it in and listen to what they tell you to do. The day I went, we went up 13,000ft in about 15 minutes and once we got up there, everything went by really fast. Before you know it, everyone's quickly jumping out one by one. The actual jump probably lasted less than a minute but felt awesome! Was I really falling from the sky or traveling through a wormhole? Anyways, the tandem pilot pulls the chute and you just glide down to the landing zone! Once you're back on the ground, a shuttle takes you back to the lobby. GoJump is a dope experience, I would definitely do it again sometime!

Everything about this experience was amazing! Highly recommend getting video for the experience, worth every bit and there's a Groupon special happening for tandem jumps. The entire staff is friendly and educates you prior so you are well prepared. We will be going again soon! Thank you to everyone at Gojump Las Vegas!

Get the dog fighting package. You do that three times, and actually get to fly the plane yourself for 3-5 minutes. It's wild. These planes are capable of 10G, F16s can only do 9G. They were built to simulate experience for fighter pilots. Flying the plane is the best. You will never get a chance to do this anywhere else, since it doesn't exist. The "bombing run" through Red Rock canyon is unreal too. Doesn't seem like these planes should be able to do the things they can do on any axis on the sky. Total paradigm shift in the mind when you are accustomed to driving a car on a flat surface. Tip: I was worried about the motion sickness, but took a couple of Meclizine pills an hour before which I recommend, especially if you are going for the hard core experience. Pilots can sense your limits though and keep things at the intensity level you request.

There is a roomy indoor waiting area with a variety of seating, including stools with power outlets. The restroom was pretty large and clean, better than the one at the JSX (the semi-private airline) terminal. There is also seating in an outdoor patio with views of the helicopter launch area. Since I booked the earliest of these short tours, the terminal was quiet and check-in was seamless and kind. Every passenger is weighed at check-in to balance the weight on the helicopter. You have the option of requesting a front row seat ($30); you are charged if and when you are upgraded. I unfortunately did not make the cut, but I ended up being very satisfied with my rear window seat behind the pilot. Our copter had 2 seats in front, 4 in the rear. Some of the other copters have 3 front/4 rear seats: I think these are the ones that go to the Grand Canyon. We watched a safety video in the terminal, then boarded a shuttle for the brief ride to the helicopter. A photographer and the pilot accompanied us. Your photo is taken outside the copter before boarding. The seats have noise-cancelling headphones you can wear; they have music playing. The ride was smooth and quick. You basically go north on the east side of the Strip, make a U-turn just north of Downtown, then head south on the west side of the Strip. You can see every hotel on the Strip and Downtown, plus The Sphere, the High Roller Ferris wheel, T-Mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium. Back at the terminal, your photo and a flight certificate are available for purchase. I did give the pilot a gratuity, others on my flight (all were non-American) did not. The company offers a myriad of tours--Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and more. Some of the Strip tours have added perks like a meal or foodie tour; the basic tour I took can include transportation to and from your hotel if you choose. Recommended.

Often times, only people frustrated with…read moresomething will bother to write a negative review, but those with a positive (or expected) experience will not write a review. So it always tends to be skewed and you have to take reviews with a grain of salt, so I was hopeful that would be the case for us and we wouldn't experience the problems that others have. Just as several others have mentioned here, our flight was cancelled the day of, after we arrived. We booked SEVEN months in advance, paid in full ~ $1200 for family of four. We arrive 30 minutes prior as instructed. They tell us, sorry, we have mechanical issues, so you are cancelled. They say, we tried to call you (we received no call because, guess what, cell service is not the best around the south rim of the grand canyon...). We said, we have seen at least 4 helicopters flying, how about canceling someone else, how do you select? Did everybody else here book 7+ months ago? Who is prioritized? The reality is they overbooked, and because we paid 7 months previous, we paid less (I looked, their prices went up since we had booked). So I guess we were the easy choice to cancel... They offered to rebook the next day, yet they know that nearly nobody can accomodate this, so it is a hollow offer where they know they can "do their part to try to rectify", but also know that nearly everybody would then just cancel, and the problem takes care of itself. Great business model... Everybody that is going to book a helicopter trip over the grand canyon is there on vacation, and nobody is staying anywhere near grand canyon village or the location of this airport. It is an hour drive just from Williams and the main road, one way. Anyone who books this is driving in from Sedona or Vegas or Phoenix for a half/one day trip, and vacation days/time is precious. Its not as though you can just go do something else nearby and wait until the next day... We had one window of time planned, and the time of this flight was it. I suppose that is why they do not really care about customer service, or screwing someone last minute. Its not like they are planning for repeat customers really... Kids were beyond disappointed. The build-up and excitement, only to be completely let down last minute. They cried as we were walking out and leaving because the talk of the helicopter ride was happening for months prior. And now to the refund. The girl at the counter said the refund would take 7-10 days. Ok, thats typical, whatever. 12 days goes by, no refund. E-mail and call. They respond and say that, because its been more then 6 months, we cannot refund back to your card. We can either ACH (and attached a form) or send a check. I respond to tell then to send a check. Who in their right mind is going to provide their bank account number and routing number into a microsoft word file and e-mail it back? Fast forward ~ 21 days. Still no check. So send another e-mail (haven't called yet because that is a whole other experience...). I receive and e-mail back, not a response to my e-mail, but a carbon copy of the first one sent 9 days prior saying I can use ACH or check. Um, huh? So here we are now, still no refund. Fortunately, since we were heading to Vegas that day (was supposed to be right after our helicopter flight), we booked with Maverick for a helicopter flight over Las Vegas the next day. $450 for family of four, and the experience was excellent all around. I'd recommend Maverick, and avoid this company.

I usually select a Porsche because that's what I own so I don't have to familiarize myself with the controls and feel of the car. However, starting with a GT4RS was a mistake. My nickname as a motorcycle racer was "The Old, Slow Man". Equipped with semi-slicks, I was wasting the performance of the car with my tentative, senior citizen driving. I'd been faster in this model on a prior visit. I continued to struggle with turn 3 and for some reason I lost my feel for turn 10. Doing well on both are key to decent lap times. Alas, I finished my stint in the Porsche feeling down ... Is it true that the older you get, the slower you go? It seemed so to me. I waited a bit for a C8 to return to the pits, relaxing on a sofa, people watching. Sam was my pro in the C8, his style was more conducive to me turning better laps. He offered clear instructions, 3-2-1 BRAKE, turn in, 20% throttle, more throttle, give it the gas! As a result, I was seven seconds faster in the C8 than I was in the GT4RS. Sam told me I should have started with the C8, it's easier to drive. The next time, I will start with the C8 and move on to a more track-focused car. Lesson learned! The experience cost $801.90 for the two cars, $86.90 for the videos, and $100 in tips. Highly recommended!
