I do recommend this place I had a root canal and I though it was going to be painful but not…read morereally. I didn't take a picture in their place of business. I'll be going back soon. The lady was helpful. A bit in the rush but that's how it is.

I visited RC Dental Group and was quickly pushed toward a root canal by Dr. Kim without a proper…read morediagnostic process. When I insisted on a cold test, the sensation went away immediately -- it did not linger. According to the American Association of Endodontists, a diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis (the clinical justification for a root canal) requires lingering pain of 30 seconds or longer after the cold stimulus is removed. A sensation that disappears instantly is actually consistent with a healthy or reversible response. Despite this, Dr. Kim told me the result proved I needed a root canal -- which directly contradicts standard endodontic diagnostic criteria. Additionally, no written cost estimate was provided before the procedure. Under the federal No Surprises Act, healthcare providers -- including dental offices -- are legally required to provide a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before any non-emergency service. I was only told the cost after the root canal was completed, which is a violation of this patient protection law. A second opinion from another dentist confirmed my concerns about the cold test interpretation. This experience felt rushed, financially motivated, and lacking in the diagnostic thoroughness that patients deserve. I would strongly encourage anyone here to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any invasive procedure, and to specifically request a written cost estimate upfront -- it is your legal right.

I experienced nothing but unprofessional care. Even when the dentist states they accept DentaQuest…read morepatients, they don't really want them or me. I believe i was discrimninated against even though my dental insurance approved a partial resin denture-stayplate. It was approved for 2 months. I was wondering why I have heard nothing from Skyline? I had to have Dentaquest call them, after many weeks, to inform them of the approval, and I did not even get a call from this dentist to come in to start the process NO! They lied when i called about the work potential approval, They said, or Angelica said, "DentaQuest "DOWNGRADED" ME TO A METAL partial...and we don't do that type!" Funny thing, even though they submitted two separate approval requests for 1) RESIN and 2) Metal. If they don't do metal, why did they send in for approval? Besides lying to me, they also tried to make me pay an additional money $160.00 for an added plus type novacaine for a filling. I do not need EXTRA novacaine! Beware of this place..Beware of everything about it...especially if the main dentist, Rateek, calls you "Buddy."

The entire team was welcoming, professional, and extremely accommodating. Dr. Brar was especially kind and thorough. He took the time to clearly explain what was causing the pain and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. I truly appreciated how quickly they were able to see me and provide relief. Overall, it was a great experience during what could have been a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend Skyline Dental Care to anyone in the area looking for quality dental care.

This place was able to get me in quickly for a check on teeth pain. I thought for sure I had…read morecavities. It turned out I needed a deep clean. I even pressed the doctor asking if he was sure I didn't need a root canal or something. Nope deep clean. My teeth feel SO much better. No pain no sensitives anymore. Doctor was correct. Place is large and on the louder side. Women came in and was very clear about what everything would cost which was great. The only downfall is the receptionist was a bit loud when asking personal questions. They could work on discretion. The reception desk is close to lobby so anyone can hear what your being asked. I'd rather not have people hear. Most dental offices I've been in are very quiet when asking same questions.

I've been going to various dentists at this office for about 3ish years now. I randomly developed…read morehigh dental anxiety after I started coming to this office (not to blame them). As a 28 year old who has been to the dentist for cleaning every 6 months for over 20 years, I don't know why this started. I have been very open about my dental anxiety with this office and I know it is listed on my patient profile as well. My anxiety is so intense that they usually only do the bare minimum for cleaning, because that's all I can handle. I've never been prescribed anti anxiety medication for these appointments. They are not very compassionate towards my feelings when I come in. This is the only office that has ever pushed me to remove my wisdom teeth. As I finally decided to, I was told I would be put under general anesthesia. When I got there for the procedure, I was told 5 minutes before the procedure, that I would not be completely under or asleep the whole time. As someone who already has serve anxiety, this was super scary and I had no time to prepare. I woke up multiple times throughout the wisdom teeth removal and was in intense panick mode. When I woke up after the procedure was completed the nurse who was in the room with me, excessively repeated "breath through your nose and open your eyes" in frustrated/rude tone. I was trying to breath through my nose but was struggling to stop hyperventilating at the same time. And my eyes were already open. I tried to clam down so I could leave as soon as possible. I felt that while this office may be good for the general patient, if you have any sort of elevated dental anxiety, I would NOT recommend coming here. They just don't seem to be as compassionate as I wish they would be and they almost seem annoyed that I experience this uncontrolable anxiety. I cannot speak on their services because I feel mine are done a bit differently than the average persons (due to the anxiety that I experience)
