First off the place is nice, clean and the dentist assistance I had was amazing. Onto the problem. dr Lisa is my Dentist, if I had cavities she would fill them and then "go to deep" which then made me need a root canal, and most recently I went in last week she did her final exam (not finding anything of worry) only for me to find a growth in my mouth. I called to see if I can come in for someone to check it out seeing I was just there and got the "your mouth has no issues" I'm told that I need to pay for an exam fee, sure ok but that's kinda ridiculous seeing I was just there and was told I had no issues except I do? Why did she not tell me about this growth I have it's a hard lump on my gums. The receptionist argued with me on the phone- very rude, like other reviews have said. I understand if she had mentioned this growth before and I wanted to check on it to make sure it was going away but to get a "clean bill of health" only to find out I have an issue to me is a them problem and to make me pay to be seen again is not ok. After all this back and forth with my feelings on this place (specifically Dr Lisa) I will be looking for other dentist's for future visits

That is a lot of work to have done all at once and the time just flew by! I am 71 years old and have had problems with my teeth since I was a child. I have had a lot of dental work done by several different dentist and never have I ever had such a good experience as I did with Dr. Obregon. The way he works is completely different than any other dentist I've been treated by. He is know for his chair side manner and I'm dead serious when I say he is the best! I was comfortable, relaxed and I had no pain. He kept checking with me from time to time to make sure I was alright as he worked. He talked about things having nothing to do with dentistry and he was interesting and entertaining. Samantha was also kind and comforting. She answered all my questions about how to care for my mouth after having an extraction. I got to see Alyssa again and that was a pleasure. Elizabeth works the front desk and she helped me with the financing I needed. I told her I was in shock after having such a wonderful experience while having dental work. I asked her to help me find my car if I was still out there wondering around the parking lot in shock when she was leaving work to go home. We laughed! It is such a treat to walk in the door and be greeted by Elizabeth. She is so kind , friendly and sweet. I feel like I have known her for years. Dr. Obregon and his staff are amazing people. I have heard that happens so hopefully my honest review can help others fairly evaluate this business. Since my last review in 2022, I have gotten 4 implants at Pebble Beach Dental. All the work to achieve this was completed by Dr. Erickson. I am a private pay customer, and I have appreciated the payment option provided by Pebble Beach Dental. I just returned home from my bi-annual cleaning, and my oral health is good and stable. I have had bridges removed as the anchor teeth failed and after a time of healing two implants on either side of mouth have been placed. The ability to eat and chew without pain has vastly improved my quality of life. I am really surprised by the negative statement made about the office manager, Stephanie. We have met and spoken both casually and around business over the last 4 years and never have I experienced anything remotely as is being said in these reviews. She is neither petty, dismissive or unprofessional to me nor have I seen her be that with other patients. One would think that if that were her behavior, I would have experienced it as well in this length of time. Something I believe strongly is that no one can make me feel anything. Depending on my perspective and my own state of mind is how I will receive and reaction to any given situation. Please do not these negative reviews prevent you from seeking care at this business as it is at the top of the scale in terms of ability, character, and quality.
