I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! I work a lot and don't have a ton of free time so the lack of respect for my time is super inconsiderate especially with how much I pay every time, and recommend other people to the business, which I just did recently and now my sister has been going there. **UPDATE** in response to the below comment... that information is actually not accurate at all and actually makes it look like you are making excuses for it. Yes I arrived at 11:39 (early for my 11:45 appt) when I asked the front desk guy if my tech, who I visibly saw with my own eyes working actively on a client in the very beginning phase of a nail job, would be finished soon as my appt was at 11:45, he responded with a defensive "we are down 4 techs today" when I asked this I looked at the time at it was 11:45 exactly. I was not able to sit there for an hour as stated previously I have one day off and had other things to do. I'm not asking for special treatment, this is usually standard for an appointment. The front guy didn't even try to find out how long I would have to wait or if he would be finishing up soon (probably not considering I could see him clearly) so everything the business owner replied is actually not at all true and I don't appreciate the gaslighting.

The owner of this salon also runs Special Nails Spa Rocklin, and her complete lack of professionalism is a systemic issue across both of her businesses. I originally had to visit this Nail Spa 999 location only because her other shop randomly locked its doors a full hour before closing time on a Sunday, even though their "Open" sign was still brightly lit. Fast forward to a recent service at her other shop on June 23rd: the experience was awful from start to finish. To begin with, their color selection is incredibly limited and they didn't even have the basic color I wanted, forcing me to settle for something else. The service itself was an absolute nightmare. The technician dragged a basic pedicure out for nearly an hour. I was visibly uncomfortable and needed to use the restroom so badly, just wishing she would hurry up, but she just kept dragging her feet. Worse than the terrible timing, she completely butchered my big toes. She clipped my live cuticles raw and then heavily flooded gel polish directly into the open skin. It has been nearly a week, and the sides of my big toes are still severely red, inflamed, and swollen. It causes a sharp, throbbing pain just to put on basic socks and sneakers, which has completely disrupted my workouts and my ability to stay active at the gym. When I called to address this, the owner was incredibly nasty and hostile. She admitted to me on the phone that she watched her security cameras and saw that I looked completely unhappy and uncomfortable during the 50-minute service, yet she still completely refused a refund. When I explained how painful the swelling was, she tried to gaslight me that it was because I'm pregnant and told me that I "complain too much," and literally HUNG UP the phone on me. They have zero respect for their clients, terrible technical skills, a poor selection, and a manager who throws tantrums instead of taking accountability for injuring people. Avoid any business run by this woman.

My toe nails became very thin due to wearing gel polish for years, so I took a break. The lady suggested multiple times that I get gel polish because it's so "pretty" and lasts longer, even after I mentioned what gel polish did to my nails. The lady clipped my toe nails too short and did not square my nails. Both of my big toes are not even. The "massage" I received was more so rubbing in lotion. There was no pressure and I kid you not, lasted 2 minutes. Lastly, I do have cracked heels. However, I was left with wax covering the bottom of my heels. She did not bother to wipe it off. There was no towel for me to use.
