It was funny because Noelle was our Sales Associate and I remember her saying "Feel free to shop around, you'll be back" and she was not wrong. We shopped around mainly in Orange County, but this place had our heart from the very beginning. They walked us through EVERYTHING. It was very education forward and did not feel sales pushy at all. We figured out what size my finger was, we looked at what kind of bands I liked, and they put the stone over my finger so I would get an idea of what the ring would look like. Of course, they had the chart out that showed us where certain stones were ranking in terms of color, cut, and clarity. When we were done browsing, they set my partner up with a profile and provided notes on every little thing that I liked so that he would not have to remember when it was time to make the purchase. While I'm not too sure what went on between the time I went in and I got the ring, I do vaguely remember my partner telling me the jeweler (Eli) had a whole mock up of the ring on his computer to show him how it would turn out. My partner proposed in November, and I'm so obsessed with my ring. I get so many compliments on it. However, the story doesn't stop there! We went back to look for wedding bands in February and Eli introduced himself as the man who made my ring and he remembered EVERY LITTLE DETAIL of it. He even remembered the size of my finger! I was thoroughly impressed. He was very honest with us and said we could come back in August to buy the band because he wouldn't need 8 months to create the wedding band. I appreciate the honesty and it's not about making a quick buck here at Ro Ma. We ended up purchasing my wedding band in August 2026 with Eli and Tania. I'm shocked after a whole year later, they still remember us, my finger size, and the specs of my ring. Tania also told me to come back in before my wedding to get the ring cleaned up and she also said it's a good idea to have it looked at to make sure that the prongs are still looking good. I really appreciate that they genuinely care about their products and their customers. I would highly recommend coming here for any jewelry needs!

I brought two designer necklaces in for repair involving three different solder points. The…read morenecklaces were originally 16 and 18 inches, and the original designer does not offer 19-inch versions. After the repair, one chain was one inch longer and the other three inches longer. I have before-and-after photo references and receipts showing the original lengths. When I asked questions about how my necklaces could have grown inches during repair, the staff became defensive and rude. I was even called a "psycho" for questioning the length difference and told I was harassing them for mentioning I would post online. They also refused to connect me with the jeweler who worked on the necklaces to explain what was done. Even with a police officer present as a neutral witness, they refused to answer basic questions about the repair or explain how the chains became longer. I do not recommend this business due to poor service, lack of transparency, and extremely unprofessional behavior.

I spent months researching the ins and outs of silver, what made things valuable, what hurt their value, what percentage of silver different types of coins were... But I was still way in the weeds on how the process works. What I really needed was a "silver guy." Someone who could look at what I had and give me an honest assessment of its value. I read reviews of multiple precious metals sellers in the SCV, and I wasn't really pleased with what I was reading. One, in fact, apparently used to be really great and then then got sold, and the new owner left a bad taste in the mouth of many of his most recent customers. Then I came across Bryon and SCV gold & silver, and his reviews were, forgive the pun, sterling. Everyone noted how nice he was during the process. No one talked about feeling like they were being taken. And that's the thing I've learned during this process, silver has a value... It's a pretty set value... So the thing you are looking for when you are selling is what percentage the house takes from that value, and whether or not the broker feels trustworthy, makes you feel comfortable while doing the transaction. I 100% got that from Bryon. I felt like I didn't need to count my fingers after we shook hands. He's a genuinely nice guy and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He was honest and upfront about what the current weighted value of silver is, he had absolutely no qualms about me checking to make sure what he said was right, he even found a gold coin among the silver and identified it as such and paid me going rate for it. Someone else would have taken advantage of me not knowing what I had. I cannot recommend Bryon and SCV gold & silver more. They are absolutely trustworthy and good people to work with. And I can't stress the value of being nice in a business like this. If you have precious metals to sell, I wouldn't hesitate to go and see these guys. If I could give more than five stars I would.
