Decent Food, Tough Pricing This place caught my attention because it had a quick appearance in I, Tonya, which was a cool little detail. The food itself was solid. We ordered a variety Mongolian beef, rice, soup, spring rolls, and lo mein and everything had good flavor. No major complaints on taste. Where it lost points for me was the pricing and menu structure. It's a pretty expensive Asian spot, and unlike most places, you can't really mix and match smaller items easily. You're mostly choosing between full dinner plates or single items that run $20+, which adds up quickly. We ended up around $80 for two people, and for what it is, that just didn't feel worth it. Service was decent, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. Overall, not bad, not great just somewhere in the middle. Ratings: Price: 1/5 (for this type of place) Food Taste: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Overall: Around a 3/5, good food, but the pricing holds it back.

Portions, huge. Taste, huge. Value, huge. Everything here is great! I highly recommend their Mongolian beef, it's actually one of the best I've ever had. They were busy for the dinner rush but they sat us down quick and the food came out very fast! Traditional Chinese decor with some modern flair, this place has authentic American-Chinese food as well as Sichuan dishes.

Always a great meal & the service is welcoming & fun! We have been coming here for YEARS, nothing has changed but maybe a freah coat of paint. Off Clairmont Road, just down from Clairmont Presbyterian & Toco Hills. A small place, but a good amount of tables. They have adult beverages as well. To-go is an option if you are not for dining in. We got Mongolian Beef, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, General Tso & another dish. Basically a beef, pork, seafood & chicken. We all enjoyed soup as well- all outstanding with fried wonton squares to top them. I also chose the Basil Spring Roll. Was light refreshing. If in Decatur, GA & in the mood for the best Chinese food ever- stop by & check them out! Pics to drool over-

Everytime I visit here I always have the best service. I never have a long wait, always greeted with a smile. The food is always hot and fresh, no matter what I order. I love that there is plenty of seating all around the restaurant. My favorite on the menu are the egg rolls.

I went here for an early dinner last week and let me just say, the food is AMAZING. They do a sharing plates deal, so my friend and I each ordered what we wanted individually, and we were able to share plenty of each of our dishes. The plates are a bit on the pricier side but you definitely get your moneys worth, with about 3 servings for each dish. The hot and sour soup tasted so flavorful and very authentic. The Mongolian beef was definitely the highlight, with the perfect amount of flavor and breading. The veggie lo mein was also a favorite for those going on the healthier side. The service was a bit slow was very attentive. There were several water refills for my dehydrated self and we were checked in on several times. Overall, definitely check this spot out on an empty stomach, because there's so much you'll want to taste!

This is a stand alone Chinesse restaurant. Plenty of front parking available. Our party of 4 loved the food. The eggplant, vegetable rice, sesame tofu, and beef lomein were a hit! The vegetable egg roll were not tasty... Service was fast!

The service here is always quick and nice! Been coming here for a while and finally got my chance around to writing a review. I partially love their spicy seafood noodles. I probably get this every single time. The broth is so rich and spicy and has the perfect charred flavor to it. Their noodles are also always cooked perfectly and packed to the brim. There's lots of seafood, pork and vegetables in this dish. Their lunch specials are also something that keeps up coming back! The affordable prices and quality is just unbeatable. The Mongolian beef was so good and we loved all the green onions in this dish. It also came with steamed rice, hot and sour soup, and an egg roll. Overall, this place always feels nostalgic and will definitely continue coming back.

This used to be a favorite of ours when we both worked at Emory and lived in the area, so we were surprised when we ventured in after many years to try it once again. It's still great after all these years! Same calm interior and excellent service, our return visit did not disappoint. We love Szechuan food but that's been our go to for a long time, so it was nice to try Mandarin cuisine again. We had some of our old favorites, including hot and sour soup, steamed dumplings, cold sesame noodles, and mu shu pork. Everything was really delicious. They have an expansive menu with some Szechuan dishes sprinkled throughout so there's really something for everyone. They've been in business for 47 years for good reason. They are still owned by the Lee family and their standards remain as high as always. We truly recommend this lovely restaurant.

The massaman curry was soooo good! Can't say much of the ambiance as got take out but it was delicious. Felt just like any Chinese restaurant but with a good bit of extra flair. All the workers were kind.

More of a miss these days. We have been long time customers of this Golden Buddha. I am not sure what has happened, but lately we have been very disappointed in our meals. The food has been very inconsistent this past year, some times really good, but lately mostly bad (old, not fresh, super greasy). We keep giving them a chance because they are so convenient. Today, My husband and I are both sick with summer colds and we just wanted some wonton soup and egg rolls and pot stickers, Should be fine! The soup was ok, but our favorite part, the crunchy wontons, were so stale they were inedible. The Egg rolls were over cooked, old, and super greasy. We did have the steamed pot stickers as well and they were good. I think this will be our last time. Do not recommend this restaurant.

    General tso chicken

We paid 40 dollars for 1 order of general tso chicken, an order of egg drop soup and some pot stickers. Pot stickers were fine, soup was fine but the chicken was not crisp (it was mushy) and the broccoli was grey on the general tso's chicken. We were very disappointed we have been long time customers. I wrote this review because I drove across town for pickup to get their food because it's normally so good. I hope this was an anomaly. The picture below looks better than the actual

By far the worse Chinese-American takeout I've had in ATL. Picked up on a Monday evening. Not busy. Can't really comment on the service. We had the chicken lo mein, chicken and broccoli and an egg roll. Both the entrees were bland and mushy. Seems as though everything was overcooked. Also lacked flavor. The eggroll was brown on the inside. Made me feel like it was old. We ate out of hunger because it was late and everything else was closed atp. But never again. The food was really bad here.

Today we ordered the diced beef, kung pao chicken, and orange chicken. The spicy beef had the perfect kick without being overwhelming, with tender slices of beef coated in a rich, bold sauce. Crispy, saucy, and perfectly glazed -- not too sticky or overly sweet. One thing we always appreciate is the portion size. Yet, instead of the Paneer Mango Masti, we were served a chicken dish. This was gross, humiliating, and deeply upsetting, especially for my mother and me, as we are strict vegetarians. The food itself was average at best, and unfortunately, our previous visit was also disappointing. When I called to complain, I spoke to someone named Berni, who refused to transfer me to the manager and tried to "resolve" the situation with a coupon for a free entree. This is not an appropriate response for such a serious mistake in serving the wrong dish to strict vegetarians- it's not about a free meal, it's about basic respect and proper service. Overall, this experience was unacceptable, and after multiple disappointing visits, this will be our last visit to this restaurant. (We've attached photos of the receipt and the dish for reference.)
