The place is dark (but not in a fancy way), the whole place smells like smoke, the owner's kid is riding his bike inside the restaurant, the phone won't stop ringing, but there's not enough people to answer it, and here's the worst offense: The lady took an order over the phone and took a credit card for the order, ON SPEAKER. This is your pretty average fair Chinese takeout joint. They do have a dining room, however they do killer take out business and the place is mostly empty. I wish I could give it 4 stars to offset the 1s and 2s I see here. It's not really that bad, and almost everything I have had from here tasted good and was cooked appropriately. The food is really good. I have struggled for many years to find something other than "mall food court Chinese food". But......they do not answer the phone for call in orders. I have called many times with no answer and actually called while in the restaurant and watched them completely ignore the ringing phones. I assume this is because they have experienced people calling in and not picking up, but this is super annoying when you need to grab take out on your way home. I wish they would find a code word for loyal customers to say when ordering takeout, so that they wouldn't have to worry about the financial loss and their loyal customers wouldn't be inconvenienced. read more

The service here is awful. I called about 40 minutes before I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the lady said it was ready but kept me waiting. The reality was that the chef was in the toilet and had not gotten to making the food. I waited an additional 25 minutes before the food was ready. The food (after I finally got it) was actually good. I got chicken corn soup and the spicy lala chicken. Also, while waiting I overheard the owner on the phone (speaker phone) with another pissed off customer. Apparent that he had been waiting for delivery for over an hour was calling to cancel. Its chines take-out food....what else is there to say? They have the same menu as the other chinese take-out places and it tastes the same. The only outstanding item is their wings. I highly recommend their honey-sesame wings, it tastes like the sesame chicken but as a wing....good stuff. read more

Just got a job nearby and went here for a dinner break. I walked in to find myself the only one there. Sat down and noticed no music on so it was very quite. Sitting there in silence I ordered the chicken and veg combo. The egg drop soup was in seasoned, my entree was ok at best, my spring roll came out last and was over fried, and I never got my wing. I absolutely love this place. Everything I've had here is really great. If you dine in they don't have fountain drinks and just instant sweet tea. It also seems like they never use the heat or air. Just wrapped up my first take out Chinese meal in Georgia. Unsurprisingly, judging by the traffic, I waited a solid hour for my takeout to arrive. Admittedly it was Friday night at 8:10, but at least they stated on the phone to expect 45 mins to an hour. Food arrived with that THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! plastic bag, you know the one, with that cryptic tie of the handles that, when you open the bag makes you feel as if you've unlocked a secret to the orient and started attacking my food like I was on Naked and Afraid and scored a snail. The egg rolls were pretty standard Sysco tasting fare and it was tepid as well. Then I dove into the main courses of Broccoli and Tofu as well as Pork LoMein. What a surprise! I actually burned my tongue on the LoMein. I played it off like the stud that I am and looked over at Wifey in time to catch her burning her tongue on the Tofu. I gave a half star for the food being that hot and fresh, but all in all it didn't blow me away. I wish I could give this place a negative star. The customer service is the worst. I placed an order for delivery at 5:30 and when i called to find out where my food was at 7:20 she told me my card was declined and i had no money. I told her she took down the expiration date wrong and i had talked to a man over an hour ago and he ran the card and everything was fine. She again said it was my fault and hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and she yelled at me and hung up on me again. I called back again this time to cancel my order and she yelled at me that it was on its way and hung up on me again. finally 2 1/2 hours later when the food showed up I was missing things i was charged for and everything was cold and looked so unappetizing i could barely eat it.
