I've always been a fan of this place but what in the world is going on with you guys? I wanted to try the new Cholula chicken strips. I pulled up to the scene, checked out the menu, and noticed I have to fork out more money for you guys to sprinkle on a little Cholula. Yeah nevermind I have some at home. I'll take the 4 piece spicy. The drive thru lady ( bless her heart ) is working the front window and the menu. She's talking so fast I thought I was at an auto auction. After my husband placed our order at the drive thru & paid, they asked him to pull forward & wait. After waiting 20 minutes & seeing every other customer leave with their orders he decided to go in. He let them know he'd been waiting 20 minutes for our food. the young lady said, okay. nothing else, no apology, or offer of food. So he asked if he could get a refund, to which she happily responded "sure!". Go there all the time and I never have any problems. My food is always hot and juicy. The customer service is always great. Now that they have a new management and one of the managers there is very good with taking care of her customers I think she's the assistant manager and her name is Irene.
