My BBQ chicken sandwich was a mess. It was a piece of grill chicken that tasted like in imitation chicken. With a big slab of barbecue sauce throw on it. No flavor at all. My kids hand cheeseburgers and they liked them, but not the fries. And one of the ladies working was coughing in her hand and scratching her head. The seasoning on their food has NOTHING to do with the Pandemic!!! We recently ordered a chicken philly cheese & a turkey burger with fries. Not everybody can cook a turkey burger....most places don't season it worth a dayum. But on 8/14/2021...I'm here to tell you....EVERY place that sells turkey burgers & don't utilize their seasonings.....Best Burger used ALL of y'all seasonings in 1 patty!!! Ordered a chicken Philly & cheeseburger both with fries. Upon my arrival to pickup my order there was only one order of fries. I didn't feel like waiting for another order, the food was so-so. The cheese used on my Philly made it extremely salty to the point I couldn't finish it. The bun was hard & stale in current areas. One of the restaurants in the Dallas-Pleasant Grove area. I always order their fajita nachos and I'm never left disappointed. I've never had an issue with a order of mine! The wait is pretty long if you order at the register so I would recommend ordering ahead. Their fried pickles are also so delicious. If you're looking for a new burger place try I would go here! Holy WOW, I've been driving past this place for ever and never knew what I was missing. Beautiful place in a not so beautiful shopping center. The place was really clean and organized. I walked to the front and was greeted by a very nice cashier. After looking over the menu for a bit I went with the double deluxe. I didn't get to see my burger because I got it to go but when I got home I opened the container and I was blown away. The burger itself was huge. I especially like the fact that my burgers buns were not soggy. The patties were big and we're not those pre-shaped things. I had to drive about 10 minutes home and it was actually still hot when I got there. I did not try the fries but I've seen pictures of them and they look good. I will say that the name is spot on. My burger was in fact the best burger I have had. If your in the mood for burgers please give this place a chance. I will never go anywhere else to fulfill my burger needs. read more

Wow....was not expecting the burgers to be this good, kind of reminds me of burger island in a way but a little Better best of all it's a local place which I like support. The onion rings were good but the frys were a little off I would say the oil was too overpowering for that you get 4 stars. There are not a lot of good restaurants when it comes to finding a place to eat in this part of town. Best Burger is definitely one of the better ones. It's better than McDonald's or Burger King, but it's not as good as Smashburger or Fuddruckers. The food is pretty good for the price you pay. I always call in my order ahead of time. The burgers themselves are pretty large, but I'm not a fan of the buns. Many times I've gotten buns that were cold, as if they were recently taken out of the refrigerator. The Star burger is delicious and big enough to satisfy the biggest appetite. I've also had the beef nachos and the beef is the same seasoned beef from their burgers (makes sense) which is wonderful on the palate. The fries are hand cut and plentiful.
