Wow. I've been to other locations but this may be the best! I was short on time so ordered via their website and the process was super simple. I got a quesadilla (the hot hatch one), some fries, and some chips + queso. I rolled up to the drive thru and quickly got the goods. The food was packaged up properly and the order was 100% accurate. I even through them a curve ball and asked for the hot hatch chilis on the side. This operation must be run with chick fil et accuracy! The food itself was super delicious. Fries that were amazingly seasoned with some nice paprika red color. The hatch queso was tasty even after a road trip! The only small improvement area I'd offer is the chips. We had a couple that seemed not fresh and just didn't crunch in the mouth. May have been something to do with the packaging since we were a takeout order but I'm not sure. Even with this little issue, I'd say the service and food made up for it! The star was the quesadilla. Mine had bacon, chicken, and some amazing cheese. The jalapeño ranch it paired with was perfect for dipping. Sooooo good! I wish we had Dillas closer to us in dallas!!! read more

Ordered a founders steak quesadilla and the hatch chicken quesadilla. The steak had no flavor flavor and my peppers are raw. I won't be eating it. The chicken was a little better. Had a nice space and the jajalapeno ranch saved the day. Won't be coming back. read more

I was a little disappointed this last time I came in. The taste is great, but the portions are tiny. You basically have to get a Gorilla size in order to feel like you're getting a good amount of food but then you're not getting a ton of meat/fillings. The salsa and queso you can get for dipping is great, but not enough to make up for the depressing amount of fillings inside the actual items themselves. If it was just a LITTLE cheaper or you got just a LITTLE more inclusions, this would be a full star higher. But alas, here we are. read more

Husband and I decided to try something different, local and affordable. We hit the trifecta and more!! Ordered the Hot Hatch Chicken and Lonestar. The meat was fresh, hot, moist and absolutely delicious. We had the cilantro-lime black beans and cilantro corn. We also found the Japapeño Ranch dipping sauce to be quite good! The serving size was quite generous, too. The tea was fresh brewed and crisp--only minor complaint was no fresh lemons or limes... The store was clean and the staff was delightful. We spoke to the manager in charge for a few minutes, Bethany, letting her know how much we appreciated the quality and hospitality offered to us. We will be returning, soon. Came in, and this place was empty, but I later discovered this is a new location. This was my first first time here, so I went with a chicken quesadilla with mushrooms and green peppers and a side of fries. The quesadilla was great, the green peppers and mushrooms gave it a nice flavor. The seasoned fries were really good and hot. They have the option to build your own quesadilla, and they have lots of different toppings you can add that I would have never thought about trying. I will definitely be back since they have many locations all around the DFW area. read more

We love having a different option for "fast food" that isn't chicken strips! It's definitely not a cheap experience, but the food always tastes good. You just don't get much for the price. I will say, we are always disappointed when we get gorilla fries to go because they barely give you any fries, but it's better when you get them and dine in. read more

Please don't sleep on the veggie quesadillas they are so good and fulfilling. They truly pack a hit of delicious freshness that is unbeatable for the price! It's a lifesaver for parents trying to get their kids to consume more veggies. My son truly isn't phased by them one bit and that's a win because he's getting his veggies in! read more

I really like this place when I am in a hurry and don't want another burger! I always get the Founder regular with chicken and a drink. Its the perfect size. Every time I have ordered this it has been full of chicken in every bite. I do eat inside because I hate eating in the car. It is not a big place but it's nice just beware that it can get noisy when it's at a busy time. Concrete floors etc. metal chairs that when drug across the floor is loud and the noise just bounces off the walls. That is why I go after or before the crowd. LOL. Anyways, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order to be brought to my table. The staff has always been courteous. I have not had a bad experience yet. The dining area has always been clean when I have eaten there. The women's bathroom has been clean but it is a one room only. My husband has been in the mens a couple of times and said it has been clean. I know there are people that like to know this info as well. Overall if you like quesadillas and aren't picky this is a good place to go. I mean my family loves my quesadillas but there are times I just don't want to take the time to make them. read more

The skordalia wasn't for me, but that's simply because it's essentially a chilled potato dip, not a reflection of the restaurant. The Brazilian steak was fantastic, great flavor and cooked perfectly. The stuffed pepper and moussaka also got a thumbs-up from our group. I believe our server's name was Uli, and he was good. He took the time to explain several dishes. Greek food probably isn't at the top of my personal favorites list, but this one was ok.

Everything we received was stone cold, guaranteeing the food had been sitting for far too long. The rice was hard and clumped together, with the texture and taste of something reheated over and over. We ordered a Monster Burrito but received a regular size. Instead of remaking it, the server simply opened it back up, added one small spoon of the same disappointing chicken, and then charged us for the Monster. The guacamole was brown, the green tomatillo sauce recipe had changed dramatically and was overwhelmingly pepper-heavy, and the chips were stale. Even the promotions did not ring up correctly. The entire meal for our party of five ended up in the trash because there was nothing we could enjoy. The overflowing trash cans and overall condition of the restaurant only added to the experience. It's sad to see a place that used to be a favorite stray soooo far from what made it special. Hopefully management takes a serious look at the quality, food handling, and customer experience before it's too late. But I'm afraid it may already be to that point. RIP Freebirds.

He said it was a little spicy but he didn't just stop there. He asked her if she doesn't like spicy. She said no, but I like a little spice. He then proceeded to ask her "And you came to a Mexican restaurant? Do you even know what Mexican food is known for?" That comment was completely unnecessary. He could have kept that to his self. Not all food at Mexican restaurants are spicy and everyone has different tolerances. It instantly ruined her vibe and at that point, we didn't even bother to respond to that stupidity and just wanted to get our food and leave. We just got home and the bowl was good and the sauce had no spice - no complaints there, but customer service like that makes a person not want to come back.
