The pork skin was soggy and chewy, even though I could tell it had been crispy at one point. Combined with the softness of the eggs, the texture just wasn't pleasant. That said, the tortillas on both tacos were soft, buttery, and clearly fresh, which made a big difference in the overall quality. While I thought these tacos were good, they weren't anything special compared to ones I've had at other places previously.

Because your restaurant is located in such a beautiful area with a wonderful sea view, we decided to stop for an early dinner at approximately 5:30 PM. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable experience turned into a very frustrating one. We ordered two combo meals, one with a Sprite and the other with a Coca-Cola, along with a cup of water. When our order was called, we discovered that no ketchup or mustard had been provided with our meals. In addition, the drinks were incorrect. We received a Coca-Cola, a water, and another beverage that tasted like sparkling water but was definitely not Sprite. I approached the counter to request the missing condiments. The employee who assisted me, wearing a hoodie, handed them over in a manner that I found rude and unprofessional. My wife then went to the counter to ask about her missing Sprite, but her concern was dismissed and not handled respectfully. I returned to the counter a second time to address the issue. The same employee began arguing with me regarding the Sprite order before finally informing me that the restaurant had run out of Sprite and that I would need to choose another beverage. Even after selecting a replacement drink, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive it, which only added to our frustration. What concerns me most is not the missing condiment or unavailable soft drink, as these things can happen. Rather, it was the poor customer service, lack of communication, and disrespectful treatment we experienced throughout our visit. I encourage you to review this incident and provide additional customer service training to your staff. Having a prime location in a popular tourist destination is certainly an advantage, but long-term success depends on treating customers with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. A very large Hispanic woman was my waitress, she grunted when I asked for my eggs to be placed on top of my hash browns. She left and never returned. I had to flag her down to request more coffee and again for a small OJ. When she brought my order She basically dropped the plate in the table tossed the check down a vanished again. $17.50 for what you see, coffee and a small OJ seemed a bit pricey. I picked Texas toast as my bread, and green beans and mashed potatoes as my sides, expecting them to be basically canned and powdered potatoes. The sides ended up being fresh green beans cooked well done with caramelized onions which were very flavorful. The potatoes were homemade as well with cream gravy, but needed some additional seasoning. The rest of my group loved their food too, as all 7 other plates were cleaned with no food left. Just when we thought we were in the clear it was time to pay. Well, that didn't go all that well either. Our waitress was busy bringing orders out and catering to another newly seated table and going back and forth to the kitchen getting them anything and everything to go along with their meal, meanwhile we had our check ready and she bypassed our table 2-3 times and didn't look our way. I visited close to closing time, so I was the only one there, but the place seems like it could be a really fun spot to hang out, especially with the outdoor patio seating. One small idea, if they haven't already considered it: it looks like there might be enough space for another food truck or two. PARKING: Limited spots right outside of the restaurant but there is a large lot where people park their boats next door. No issue finding a spot there (early Saturday afternoon).
