Surprising find! I think this place deserves higher ratings. We were here for weekend lunch menu and the food was surprisingly delicious. I always order Mongolian Beef whenever I can, but it's hard to find a good place. This place was pretty tasty, a tad on the sweet side, but I ate a relatively large portion quickly. Food is good, the food is not too pricey, the staff are very friendly, however; I asked them if their shrimp was local and the person that waited on me said he didn't know, so I didn't order anything with shrimp because I'm allergic to the preservative that they put on the shrimp when it's important, if you work there, you know what a shrimp come from. read more

This is my new favorite place for lunch. Their ready in ten minutes and the food and service is great.

Very Clean and nice environment. Staff was very friendly and made sure my order was correct upon ordering to go. Offers dine in option as well. The food was really good! I was really impressed. I ordered my sweet and sour sauce on the side because it can be a bit soggy when on top of chicken. The chicken was fresh and had a good flavor to it. Not your typical chinese battered chicken. The rice was wasn't too salty, I was surprised I actually liked it. Egg roll was also good. The crab Rangoon was a bit cooked but it had a "crabier" taste to it than I have ever had at other places. The hot and sour soup was delicious but super spicy. Overall I would go back. Excited to try other menu options. I wouldn't pass it up for any other option nearby. read more

We truly enjoyed everything we ordered from here. The spring rolls are small but we're fried perfectly. We also ordered from the healthy options. Oh my goodness. The egg rolls are AMAZING. Homemade. I ate it too quick to take picture but you must try.

Overall it was good. The wait time for the takeout was about 12 minutes as we walked in and ordered; they apologized for the wait. The potstickers were delicious. The pork fried rice was missing something but I can't figure it out; it had the right amount of things like plenty of eggs and peas. Maybe the onions weren't strong enough. It was "light" in flavor but still good and a very large portion. The beef and broccoli was really good, although missing carrots as I am used to seeing them in the dish at almost every place. Egg rolls were good and perfectly crispy; I think they had a hint of star anise in them. The sweet and sour chicken was spot on in flavor, but a tad soggy and overcooked. I overlooked that because the flavor was there and actual pineapple chunks so I was happy with it. The hubby said the tangerine chicken was good. We got the fried wings too and they were perfectly crispy with lots of meat; they too tasted like they had a hint of star anise I believe. I am sorry to say I was so looking forward to a good meal ,but was completely disappointed. The fried rice had just a few small shrimp and that was it. I have never seen fried rice with no egg,carrots, or peas. It had no taste. The sweet and sour chicken had a few pineapple pieces but that was it. The food smelled weird. The chicken was way over cooked and smelled like it and the egg roll was burned in old grease. I feel they need to look at some good recipes of sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. I have cooked this at home before and it came out good. Sweet and sour chicken should have pineapple, green pepper and onions. When Chinese King first opened in Laplace that man knew how to cook Chinese food. Ever since we lost him we can not get the quality of food he used to give us. He spoiled us. I hope you will listen to what I say and improve your recipes. Otherwise you will not keep your doors open. Please change your recipes and do not over cook your food.
