Busy Friday night, the phone is ringing constantly. But only took 12-13 minutes for my order. There was at least 2 cooks in the kitchen busy with woks. I ordered two dishes and each one is enough for two meals. I gauge all take out Chinese place with two things:1) is the food good enough for you to keep eating even when full, 2) did you search for meat in your dish. This is the best Chinese food I've had in Louisiana. I should've prefaced that by saying that I've only eaten at 2 other Chinese places in the state that I've liked. Anyway, I had the sesame chicken which was fantastic. I love that you can watch your food being made since the kitchen is open. The place is very clean. Only complaint would be that they don't have brown rice. From when we ordered it only took about 10-15 minutes which was pretty quick considering 2 people had just ordered in front of us and there was only one cook. Very good food at a very decent price. Service is exceptional. I prefer to order ahead of time and it is always fresh and hot. Once we ordered while on our way home and there was an accident that kept us from getting there as scheduled. We expected our food would be sitting a while but we were hungry and didn't care. Once we arrived for pick up they wouldn't give us the order because they wanted it to be fresh. So they quickly redid it for us. I was so surprised and very happy to get it fresh at no extra charge. Portions are good and you will pay what it deserves. Worst experience possible. I went in with a friend to sit down and order a meal. The entire time their kid is running around with his toy truck. Kid is rolling it on the ground then picks it up and rolls it on every single table top. We change our order to go...I don't know if I even want to eat the food seeing how unsanitary the dining area was. Owners...control your kid! The owners have a kid that is loud, and obnoxious. We were waiting for our food and ended up leaving. He kept coming to our table and pushing his toy truck on and under it yelling the entire time.
