Used to eat here often 10+ years ago. Started going to Little China Town in Kenner. LCT spring rolls are 6 large ones per order as opposed to TW 4 small ones. Very little meat in any of TW dishes. LCT would feed us 3 full meals (including 3 orders spring rolls). TW portion sizes are comparable but with very little protein for a single meal. Everything is under-seasoned. There were exactly 4 small pieces of chicken breast in my entire order. Husband could find no shrimp in his. Pork fried rice had only a few pieces of pork in the entire order. Thought we'd give TW a chance since reopening but will return to LCT where we get protein in the dishes we pay for. read more

Came after a tour at Destrahan Plantation and quite hungry. My friend and I were seated promptly and brought beverages. We decided quickly. I got the crab Rangoon for us to share and they were perfection. I got two sushi rolls and they were good. They seem to be quite the popular place to eat. read more

I've ordered a few times from Door Dash since they are the only Chinese/Japanese available. My first review was not so great. I must have caught them on a bad day that day. The past few times I got food it has been great. We still are not a fan of the mandarin chicken but everything else has been great. read more

Lots of food, good prices. I like their roasted almond pork ding. They have good lunch specials and bento boxes too, so there is a lot to choose from. It's not top-notch, but is still a very yummy and hearty meal! read more

Really really awesome food. This is my go to restaurant when I'm craving Chinese food! The lunch specials are awesome, you can get just about any type of chicken/meat that you'd like for 5-6 dollars. Which is awesome and comes with a lot of food! At lunch they have a fried rice of the day so whatever rice they offer that day you get it for cheaper with the lunch special. It's from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. If I ever come here for dinner I share the mandarin chicken and shrimp fried rice with my boyfriend and there's usually SO much food left over. It taste amazing! We get all of that for about $13.00 all together (tip not included). The only reason I'm not giving this restaurant full credit is because of the looks of the restaurant. It's really dated and not a really nice environment. But the service, food, and prices are worth coming for! I love coming to eat here. read more

Idk why this place has such a low rating, we've come here for years and it's always been good, classic American Chinese takeout. I've never ordered sushi from here and I don't think I ever will, but I've loved this place since I was a kid and honestly missed it so much when I moved away to college. Don't come here looking for dim sum or "real" Chinese food, but if you're in the mood for fried rice, sticky chicken dishes and egg rolls this is a solid choice. read more

Local Chinese restaurant, clean, good atmosphere. Reasonable prices, decent food. Good service around lunch time. You can get in and out pretty quickly if you want. Food is average. This is located in the plaza with Popeye's on River Road. It's just your average place as far as ambiance goes. I picked up food to take back to work. I had the bbq pork spare ribs, which were average. Nothing to write home about, really. I asked for the pork lo mein and had them add shrimp. Both were cooked perfectly, and the pork was quite savory. The noodles were alright - very thin and a little on the dry side. My biggest disappointment was that the only veggies in there was onion. It just ended up being a big thing of noodles with good meat. My coworker got the spicy kung bo chicken with egg roll and said it was good. I would order there again just to give them a second chance, but won't be running out there tomorrow. read more

The chinese food here is just sad. The beef and broccoli was just blegh. The beef had way too much tenderizer, or whatever they may have put in it. The fried rice here is bland, nothing special. There is much better Chinese food in New Orleans or Baton Rouge. read more

The American waitresses are not very friendly or attentive...especially if your having lunch alone & your a guy. Last two times, I had 2 diff American waitresses...I was a very polite customer and not flirtatious at all...yet was overlooked for service as if I just fell out the mothership & landed in the restaurant.
