Cinnamon twisted roll when you feel like rock n roll

I want to say thank you to the staff for opening up early in the morning to serve that deliciously donuts and Vietnamese coffee. Especially to the chef for making that super delicious Chow Fun and special fried rice. Unbelievable dish. The flavor is perfect to taste. Rich in sauce and texture. Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are, Appetizer: 1. 1x Egg roll The egg roll is mixed with shredded cabbage chopped meat, or other fillings inside a thickly-wrapped wheat flour skin. Main: 1. Tuna Sandwhich Canned tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, etc... any others upon request. This Tunalicious Sandwhich was super duper juicy deliciously. What incredible Sandwhich when combined with all the additives. The best Tuna Sandwhich, my opinion. It was so fresh and so good. What can you ask for during brunch. I definitely recommend this location due to their choices of custom-made orders. This place is clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is limited but have street parking. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Share your experience. P.s. Don't forget to smile cause you're beautiful. SYOY!

3.5 Stars! Donuts and Asian Fast Food! Fast, Easy and Cheap..3.5 Stars! Where else can you stop  and get fast chinese style food and fesh donuts. Wait, theres more! They also have coffee and drinks and are open early.  Nothing beats an all-nighter that is topped off with a togo order of orange chicken, orange glazed donuts and a large coffee. Icing on the cake is that the donuts are fresh and you won't  leave with an empty wallet.   The ladies working here are really nice. The parking lot is small but I have always found a spot. This is a good choice if you are in a rush and want a quick bite, donuts for dessert and not spend a lot.  A dozen donuts will cost you about 40 to 50% less than some of the other local donut spots.  Overall, reasonably priced, easy parking, fast and easy lunch and donuts.

I need my refund. I ordered for my daughters birthday party to be picked up last Saturday OCT 1st and your store is closed due to Gas Leak. I understand but you have to call and inform your customers who's relying on that food. Very unprofessional. Up until now the store is closed and i haven't received my refund.

    Great selection of foods!

As donut places go, this is pretty standard offerings, but wait, they serve croissant sandwiches too, which makes a world of difference. Did I mention they make chine food too? This place has breakfast and lunch covered for the working folks here in Long Beach/Carson. The food is excellent, and the two women running the show have their act together. If you have a big order, they even through in a dozen donut holes for good measure. I can't say it's the healthiest of breakfasts, but it sure is good as we slowly get ready for another days duty at work.

A standard looking Chinese fast food joint. They have donuts, fruit drinks, sandwiches, great for those working nearby to stop for lunch. Although it looks very simple, this place has a great variety of food and combinations, something for everybody. The tuna sandwich, however, stands out above all their menu. It is absolutely the best tuna sandwich ever in size, price, and taste. If you like tuna, definitely worth a trip. Not much parking but it's never too busy around here.

Chinese food on the left. Donuts on the right with small seating area in front.

"Soda & a Donut fo' 1 Dollllahh!" were the words that a…read moreformer Vietnamese owner of this spot used say to kids and teens growing up around here back in the days. I don't remember if he called it US DONUTS like it is nowadays, but that's what I remember about this spot growing up, so it already holds a lot of local nostalgia. As years gone by to this day, the newer owners through the years have pimped it out with different decors, ice creams, sandwiches, Lotto, etc.. It still feels like the old mixed in with a new school Asian-owned donut shops, minus the classic smoking inside by the owners and older folks like in the 80s. The parking is always in free abundance as it always has been before. The donuts themselves have actually improved because there's a little more variety along with the classics, plus their donuts taste wayyyy healthier and lighter while not losing flavor! Not as oily as it used to be by past owners! I personally love their crumb and blueberry donuts because they have that delicious texture that turns to fluffiness in the middle. Customer service has always been awesome. Nowadays, instead of an old lady or old man, you have a younger pretty lady helping you with your order. The place isn't too big or small, plus you it's cool to get a donut here after getting a Starbucks or some foods nearby in this same stripmall. It's like a perfect spot for some classic, homely desserts!

Review #986 2026-056…read more Food Order: Boston Cream $3.95 Butter Pistachio $4.95 Cookies & Cream $3.95 Crème Brûlée $4.95 Lemon Poppyseed $3.95 Raspberry Ring $3.95 Another one bites the dust... bada dum dum dum... During my freebies birthday run yesterday, I was planning on going to Old Ferry Donut after picking up a boba next door, only to find the shop closed. \(`0´)/ Known for unique flavors & vibrant retro-pop 70s branding (cute hamster mascot with bold orange & brilliant blue colors; it's featured on 2-/4-donut boxes), this Korean-inspired premium donut shop originated in Seoul a decade ago before expanding to several S. CA locations, opening in Torrance a couple of years ago. OFD's donuts are popular for its rich creams & chewy dough; Butter Pistachio & Crème Brûlée are just 2 of their signature flavors. I was going through a donut phase when I initially stopped by Old Ferry Donut. Large windows let lots of light in, & once you step across the threshold, you're hit with a strong K-pop vibe & loud music. They even had a collab with SEVENTEEN last fall during their tour with 2 flavors: Marble Strawberry & Blue Coconut! Unlike the regular mom & pop's or commercialized donut shops, they don't offer a discounted 1/2 or full dozen box. After asking what's their most popular picks, I chose Butter Pistachio & Crème Brûlée, & added Lemon Poppyseed & Raspberry Ring for myself, Cookies & Cream & Boston Cream for the kiddos. Service was alright... I didn't need a sales pitch, but would like some info on the donuts to make an informed decision since they're at a premium price even though they're not "freshly made" (every hour or less) like SD&C just down the street. The Butter Pistachio is a major hit... fluffy & light, a slightly chewy yeasty donut stuffed with a mildly sweet whipped pistachio cream filling & topped with a salty-sweet buttery streusel... how can you not be addicted? And totally worth it! Crème Brûlée is also popular for its delicate, crackly caramelized sugar crust & airy brioche dough that's filled with a rich vanilla custard. Good flavor, but maybe on the older side? Since it's been sitting for awhile, it lost that fresh fluffy texture & was kinda dry. I really liked the Lemon Poppyseed; it's right up there with Butter Pistachio. The lemon glaze is just the right amount of sweet & tart, & the donut was fresh & fluffy! The Raspberry Ring is pretty good, matching that sweet & tart of Lemon Poppyseed, but I like the citrus zing of the latter more. What's different is the former has a raspberry jam filling in addition to a glaze & the latter is just a yeast donut with fruity glaze. Kids didn't say much about Cookies & Cream & Boston Cream... I figure you can't go wrong with these flavors. The filling might have been a bit much as I saw the cream oozing out of the donut & onto my LO's face & shirt. His sister was slightly better at containing the custard blob. LOL With premium prices, It's debatable if Old Ferry's donuts are worth it... quality, freshness, & size. Hmmm... I like them & their creative flavors, but they're a tad too sweet & not as "fresh" in comparison to SD&C. Sad to see Old Ferry Donut permanently gone from the South Bay, but they still have locations in San Gabriel & Buena Park if you're willing to take a drive. Recommended: Boston Cream $3.95 Butter Pistachio $4.95 Cookies & Cream $3.95 Crème Brûlée $4.95 Lemon Poppyseed $3.95 Raspberry Ring $3.95

Old Ferry Donut = quick carb win…read more Parking: Easy in the plaza. Vibe: Cute, playful, and totally Instagram-ready--donut display, merch wall, stickered mirrors.
