Jonathan came out to look into the hairline crack in our foundation. His assessment was that we didn't need foundation work but instead recommended we get a drainage specialist to prevent water seepage from outside. I had previously got an evaluation from another company that wanted to do what appears to be an expensive concrete lift which he felt was not needed. I hired this company (Jonathan Bruce came out and gave me the whole sales pitch on why they are the best blah blah blah) to come out and redo my foundation. 20 push piers and 36 screw jacks. All started well but they left before it was fully leveled. When I asked them to come back and level it they completely ignored me. Said "we have another job". So I'm left with a job that still has crooked floors. Thanks... Also, the piers stick way out and were never cut. I regret not using Groundworks. Buyer beware who you give your money to!.... 100% do not recommend this company. They never came to finish the work yet filed a lien against the property. I texted the owner Jonathan Bruce directly to ask his workers to come complete the job and was ignored. Instead they filed a lien to try and get pad without completion of work. Beware!!!
