I had an amazing experience at this smog shop! The gentleman there was extremely kind, honest, and very easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It's a family-run business, with the owner and his daughter working together, and they create a very welcoming and trustworthy environment. They also work with programs that help cover smog-related repairs, which made a huge difference for me. I came in for a smog repair on my 2016 Toyota Camry, and they made the whole process stress-free. What really stood out is that they made sure I could actually afford everything before doing any work with no pressure, just honesty and transparency. That meant a lot to me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs smog repairs or help getting their vehicle compliant. Used their services last week and called asking two questions before heading to their shop: (1) do you accept ApplePay? and (2) are retest free? The employee over the phone replied, "Yes" to both questions. Took my vehicle out there and failed due to visual and proceeded to tell me that a retest will be an additional $30 on top of the $69.99 for the smog. Complete opposite from what I was told over the phone. Not only that, one of their techs neglected to pull out the emission tester from the tailpipe before pulling my car out of the bay causing damage to my vehicle and their equipment. Returned the same day about an hour later after addressing the visual issue. The smog tech leans into the engine bay and rest his entire weight on the coolant reservoir to inspect the repair and snaps the reservoir in the process. I asked whether he will replace or pay for a reservoir with him claiming, "It's defective, I'm not going to pay that. Go to Pick-n-Pull." Extremely unprofessional shop. Do not trust these guys with your vehicle or take their word. read more

This is probably the only place that I trust with my cars. I have been with them over 10 years, the owner Gustavo is a very honest and tells you exactly what is wrong before he does anything to your car. They have reasonable prices and give you a guarantee of their job. I now live in Elk Grove, Ca and still drive 45 minutes to get my car smog with him. read more

We always take our cars here for smog. Very easy and quick process. I was always being informed of what was going on. If they took a bit longer they notified why usually because there was other ppl before me which was understandable. They were always nice. read more

One of my friends took his car to get a smog check and they took his catalizer to pass his smog and didn't replace it with a new one, for the injectors they only replaced 2 of them but they charged him for all four new ones, and they don't want to give him a receipt. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICE. I sent my brother in law with my car to change the alternator and somehow that spiraled. It cost me $500 to change the alternator, when I called around to 5 other different shops (after the fact) they quoted me at $250-300. I would not have a problem paying the $500 bill if the work matched the service. Unfortunately it didn't. At some point they removed my perfectly good hood latches and switched them out with someone else (possibly one of their cars since they drove the same make/model) and they drained the coolant out of my tank and filled it with water!!! Then, as if that's not enough, the heat stopped working. They left a loose clamps and bolts and that could have caused more damage had I drove around more. When I sent my brother down to question them about the mistakes and service, they tried to deny and avoid the questions. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. The work/service does not match the price. Maybe they took advantage because they thought we would not say anything, but I will report to BBB as well. ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE THAT'S THE LOWEST POSSIBLE RATING read more
