We wanted our wedding meal to be southern-themed, and Jessica came up with creative and tasty all-vegan options - macaroni and cheese, grits, collard greens, biscuits, bbq tofu, and a peach salad! Plus vegan fried chicken and waffles as an appetizer that guests raved about. We were very pleased with the tasting and decided to hire her for our wedding. The pandemic put our plans on a year+ long hiatus, but Jessica stayed in contact with us throughout and made herself available on the day of our wedding. She also made time to come by the wedding venue a few weeks beforehand to scope things out, which was really helpful.
