Hehe I was grateful for that statement. No pain no gain. Today my left shoulder pain is completely gone. Something Massage heights couldn't take away. It's is nicely decorated, clean, and NONE of that funny business you may get in other strip mall spas. I'd highly recommend Coco and/or Tiffany for their soothing Swedish massage to help with circulation. They do take walk ins, but it's always best schedule ahead of time. What made it different and exceptional? Rather than focusing on making me feel "good/better", Tina and Lucy (management) have trained their team to (1) listen and (2) try to solve the problem at the source!! Neither masseuses asked which areas to focus and instead went straight into the massage. 2) I opted for the Swedish Massage while my partner received a Deep Tissue. Swedish Massages are supposed to be more on the relaxing side. That wasn't the case here. The masseuse was applying a lot of pressure + the elbow technique made me feel like I was being kneaded like a piece of dough (in not a great way either). 3) The front lobby has had now a strange odor twice now. First impressions are important. Considering an air purifier as well as a light and pleasant fragrance such as incense, candles, or even an air freshener may help... This is mainly feedback for the management. We are willing to give this place another chance as the facility is in a convenient location.
