After my massage I felt weird about it so I decided to look behind the mirror and it was a window with a bunch of stickers on it. I was still half undressed and someone opened the room door as I was looking behind the mirror. The door was opened 2 times while I was changing. Staff should not be coming into a room that a customer is changing in! Behind this mirror/window is the masseuse break room... I feel uncomfortable about this. I really do not know if they can see in the room or they just covered up this window gap and there is no ill intention. But the fact I don't know makes me feel strange. Once I walked to the front desk, a few people from the break room came out and -they didn't go into the room the other person from my party was in- they kept going into the room I was in and then turning to look at me. It could be coincidence but it left me feeling weird. Was I not supposed to look behind that?? If you are having customers undress it is really really weird to have a mirror/window leading to the break room... And also no one should be coming in after the service is completed and a customer is still undressed. I hope someone can clear this up because I do not feel comfortable returning as of now.

I got a back deep tissue massage and buccal facial. Ella was wonderful in scoping out and treating my problem areas. My work requires me to sit around for long periods of time so I figured I had neck problems, but I was surprised she pointed out how I had issues with my lower back as well! I didn't even realize my lumbar area was tender until then. I appreciate her commentary since it helps me learn what to look out for. Tina was also wonderful, she has a good amount of strength for properly kneading out knots, but she's careful in ensuring it's still relaxing. I'd say I'm more on the fragile side and I still managed to fall asleep for a bit while still feeling rejuvenated. Usually I don't fall asleep and am too tense, so I'm very happy I tried this place. I'll definitely come back again!
