Since players arrive about an hour early to warm up and stretch the parents are often just hanging around and visiting. This is such a gorgeous park with trails and wonderful views and I saw a few moms take advantage of this and go for their morning run while waiting for the game to start. What a wonderful idea! One of the moms actually told me that her sons Little League plays regularly at this field and they love the park. I can definitely see why. Bathrooms were definitely clean enough to use with our being grossed out! There is a lot of trees which is nice for the shade especially in the warmer months. There's a basketball court and a couple play areas. Hoping we can go back soon to investigate more

We stopped by yesterday for the Rocklin Community Festival. It was a decent-sized event with a full…read morecarnival and plenty of rides that were perfect for my son. We opted for the $35 wristband, which was well worth it, he got to go on several different rides and hit the big slide multiple times.They had plenty of carnival games, vendors and food trucks. When it came time to grab a bite, my son picked Bubble Hive food truck. He got a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream and chocolate that was so big that we all ended up sharing it. Since it was Mother's Day, the beer garden and live music were a nice touch. They were serving mimosas, so my husband and I both grabbed one, since I was in the mood for something refreshing instead of beer. It was starting to get pretty hot out, so we only stayed for a couple of hours, but it was a fun outing and my son had a great time.

We mainly came here to walk, thinking that there'd be a small and easy trail to wander through. We did find one but we're surprised by how abruptly the trail ended. The stadium is well-maintained, and the shaded seating is a huge plus during the hot evenings. There's a surprisingly good variety of food, drinks, and dessert options--Burgers, pizza, hotdogs, nachos, tacos, quesadillas, ice cream, snow cones. The atmosphere is always fun and community-oriented, making it more than just a game--it's an experience.

The only things in this park is they Don't have restroom. There is water fountain by the basketball court. The parking is street parking. This review is for the South Creek Wilson Park Nature Trail. It is not available to review on Yelp…read morebut the trail runs along this park. The area is absolutely beautiful. It's one of my favorite places to walk when the weather is nice and cool. There isn't really any shade which is why I only put 4 stars. It is paved and wonderful for strollers, walkers, children, cyclists, etc. There is a lot of beautiful scenery. I'm not sure how long it is in total but I've gone as little as 2 miles and as many as 4. It breaks off into several parts of the surrounding neighborhood so really can fit the trail to whatever your needs are. There is ample parking at the park nearby and wonderful bathrooms that are always clean and kept up. Loads of grass area, a baseball diamond, etc. Be careful of snakes! I've not seen one but there are signs everywhere. Love this trail.
