We golden spoon. My family and I have been going to golden spoon since I was in elementary school and it is by far our favorite dessert. I was super sad to see the other locations close but happy to see this one thrive! My boyfriend and I go on date nights here all the time and all the employees are awesome. We did have an oopsie last week when we were there. We got 2 smalls and got charged for 2 mediums. We didnt notice until we had gotten home and saw the bank statement but no biggie- we have never had any issues besides that and accidents happen. Please show ur support at golden spoon!!!! The best frozen yogurt place in the world... ok I know that was kinda dramatic, but the froyo here is really so good!!! Vanilla yogurt flavor tastes so naturally vanilla, and not like preservatives if that makes sense. Also, they only charge $1.50 for unlimited toppings. My favorite combo is simply tart, peanut butter chips, brownie bites, and cheesecake bites. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. The whole place feels so homey and nice to walk into :) read more

Went in today to order ice cream for my family. I warned the little blonde girl that it was an order of 6 and instead of just taking the order to move on with her night, she gave me a dirty look and made the experience so uncomfortable. She complained to her coworker about it and was extremely bothered that with my order. When I paid I left a tip and said thank you and she gave me another dirty look and walked away. She is in a CUSTOMER SERVICE job and had an issue with serving. Horrible attitude and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. There's nothing wrong with the food or the friendly service; however, I have tons of concerns about sanitation and cross contamination. - Nuts and products with nuts (ex. Butterfinger bars, peanut butter chips) are stored in crocks near non-nut products. Food falls into the surrounding crocks during service, causing cross-contamination issues. Foods from the high allergen list should be kept separate from non-allergen list foods. - Along those lines, the same spoons are being used to apply toppings from different crocks, further creating cross-contamination issues. Each topping should have its own utensil. - Gloves should be worn and no one was wearing them. Those who prepare the food also handle cash transactions and no one washes their hands between customers. I stood in line for 10 minutes and watched them handle at least a dozen customers this way. - Regarding gloves, the worker handling our order pulled a sugar cone with her bare hands, to then realize we wanted a waffle cone, so she put the sugar cone back into circulation for someone else to eat. She also handled several cash transactions before touching our cone and she didn't wash her hands. These same workers are also touching the handles of all the ice cream machines, so germs are spreading. - While adding toppings to the desserts, ice cream is dripping into the topping crocks, adding to further cross-contamination issues. I want this place to survive and do well, but it's just a matter of time before someone becomes sick. I tried reaching the store directly, but there is no contact information on the website other than to request franchise details. Owners: please train your staff to follow established safety/sani protocols, as required by the LADPH. You know as a food operation you are required to comply and train your employees in these practices. read more
