WORST PLACE TO BUY CAR PARTS FROM EVERRRR!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars, I don't recommend this place at allll to anyone. They take forever to help you with what you need or they'll go and help someone else while they're helping you & 10 times out of 10 they're selling you the wrong part or a part that doesn't work and when you want to return it you're having to call every damn day and speak to the rudest secretaries ever just to beg them to make things right & don't believe them when they say they'll get back to you about your return because I promise you they wont!! Keep reaching out or just pull up and demand a refund don't even trust when they say they'll find the right part! Just spend your money anywhere else!! They might be cheaper but you spend way more on gas and your time and energy hassling with these horrible people and horrible way they like to do business!!! They tell you they have the parts, but when you show up, they don't have anything, And I came from an hour away just to waste my time.

Horrible experience, talked to them the day before I made the 2 hour trip for a transmission and they assured me they would have the transmission ready to go. I arrived in the morning they had not pulled it yet. And I've he pulled it be broke 2 main components on the transmission and tried to convince me to take it anyways. What a waste of time was at the yard for over 2 hours plus my drive. These people do not care one bit about customer service. read more

Its pretty messed up for you guys to tell me over the phone this morning when I called around 9am that you have a transmission for an automatic 2000 Honda Prelude and I drive 2 hours away and then you tell me you don't have it. I even called when I left that I was on my way 2 hours before. I also called 30 minutes away that I'm almost there and asked to see if the transmission will be ready because im driving far and you said you will only pull it off the shelf only when I arrive and pay for it. I showed interest and you guys had so many time to verify that you have it. I drive all the way and you said never mind we don't have it and then purposely hang up the phone on me and when I called the office to get an explanation. That's shady business and unprofessional. I will put on Yelp and all the reviews on the internet that you guys did that so its posted for everyone to see. Why would you promise me that its in stock, I specifically said I'm driving and I'm 2 hours away? Then I called back again that I was 30 minutes away. Seems like you have lazy people working in the office or they clearly don't know what your doing. Or the person I spoke too is just stupid or an idiot that doesn't know how to do basic things. read more

Had went there several times with no problem found the parts I needed paid for them went well. A couple of weeks ago I stopped by to look around for several parts I needed and started to walk onto the lot and look for parts and was approached by someone who worked there asking me what I wanted well its a salvage yard I advised him I needed Jeep parts and some other miscellaneous parts he said go ahead. Won't be going back they don't want you to look at parts. read more

Horrible, horrible service. They always claim to have every part in "stock" when you arrive no one even attempts to help you, you have to go and grab a worker yourself and hope they have the part in stock. Dad use to run this place, passed it down to his son that's arrogant and doesn't know how to properly run a business. Super rude, pick and chooses who to treat good and most importantly they never have the parts in stock if they do it's the wrong year make and model. read more

Good service and good people. I ordered a front bumper and though Mr Hector didn't have it, he ordered it from his suppliers in Stockton/Sacramento and I received it the next day. I think I paid 30% advance in ordering and the rest in pickup. read more
