My appointment was at 10:30 AM, and while I was there, I also asked about upgrading my existing (fanless) roof vent to one with a fan and rain guard. They had one in stock, so I went ahead with it. The team told me they would handle everything and give me a call when it was ready. By 1:00 PM the same day, I got the call that all the work was done--super fast turnaround. They also sent me a text with photos of the repairs and a video showing the new fan working, which I really appreciated. When I got the RV home and checked everything out, all the work was completed properly and working perfectly. Overall, this was a great experience.
