I bought a truck bed cover here and only had it 1 year before it was destroyed because they didn't install it properly. I had a few issues with it sliding down and I even brought it back once to be fixed because it the latches weren't lined up. Well it slipped down while driving and got destroyed. The warranty wouldn't cover it because they said it wasn't installed properly. Definitely take your money elsewhere. read more

This is a great place! Me and my Husband love how our truck looks. It is very durable and I would go back to them in a heartbeat. They don't just do Linex. They also sell coolers. OK, How could this have been done better? Not at all. These folks are pleasant, friendly, on time, not to mention professional. The job: Perfect. Looks totally outstanding. I have had LINE-X on a previous vehicle and loved it. So durability is a given. No concerns with over spray, no concerns with them moving my pickup around. No concerns at all. If you like your truck to not be fully reassembled, the paint chipped and line-x over sprayed all over the truck than this is the place for you! I was seriously impressed at first with how long it took for them to finish the truck from start to finish but now it shows in the quality and after product that I received. I was told not to wash the truck for the first 24 hours. I dropped the truck off on a Thursday, let it sit at home all day Friday, washed it on Saturday morning. The truck is brand new from the dealer ship so I know for a fact none of this is from anyone but Line-X of Turlock. Very disappointed, will update my review after I talk with the owner about fixing this issue. read more

I took my brand new truck in and they sprayed on the roof when I asked them to clean they were very rude and said it's a BIRD SHIT( since when birds start pooping rubber metrial?) I paid full price for the work. I do not recommend this location. very very very disrespecfull read more

Line-X sprayed a truck bed of mine about 4 years ago. It's has held up well, and it is my work truck that gets beat to hell. It has faded in color to a splotchy grey, but now I guess they have a fade resistant coating I will have to try next time. Unfortunately I just took my new truck to Rhino liner in Modesto (because it was closer to me) and had a bad experience... paid for the rhino chrome and it's peeling off, and super thin. It also cost more than Line-x chrome, so live and learn. All my future vehicles will be going to line-x. Learn from my mistake and get line-x first. The Turlock branch was very fast and professional last I was there 4 years ago. read more

From the time the appointment was set up until the finished product was delivered, Line-X of Turlock was the most helpful and affordable shop I could've taken my truck to. The staff was always eager to answer my questions and delivered my spray-on bed liner a lot sooner than expected. They even made sure to keep the little factory-made holes exposed on the walls of the bed in case I needed to add any equipment, rails or any other lighting to the truck. read more

Purchased a brand new truck and took it in to Line-X of Turlock. They did a good job. Had over spray on the back of the bed, and they sprayed over the hook mount covers on the front of my Brand new Chevrolet 2500HD rendering them completely useless. I did call and left email and received a call back from the shop and regional manager. So they did try and take care of the situation. I decided I would not worry about it. But if you plan on getting your bed liner done. Make sure you ask them NOT to spray over mount hook holes if you are planning on installing hooks in the provided holes. So I updated to a four star. read more

Line-X of Turlock and the owner Wade were recommended by my Ford dealer for a bed liner. Even though it was a bit of a drive 1.5 hrs, I called Wade and made an appointment to have the truck done. We arrived early and within 10 minutes and getting a couple of questions answered the truck was being worked on. We took a seat in the waiting room and in a short time our truck was done. The results were fantastic. The Line-X looked great and all the box link connections had been removed and reinstalled. The LED box lights and switch were in perfect order. Not one bit of overspray (my concern) and unwarranted these guys know their stuff and the entire job looked great; perfect coverage and really sharp looking. Initially, I stopped by the shop midweek. There was one customer waiting, and nobody behind the counter. I waited 10-15 minutes and left. About a week later, I decided to email the shop and see if I could get a quote to repair an existing LineX of Turlock bedliner. I received a reply and was told that since I was not the original purchaser, the warranty was void. OK, I can accept that. I have a gouge down to bare metal on one bedside and an area of poor coverage from when the liner was applied, and I wanted both fixed. Jeff, the manager, replied that if I sent over some pictures, they could provide a quote. I took pictures of both areas, with my hand visible for scale and provided the overall dimensions in the email. I was told that it was tough to tell and better if I come in. At this point, I let Jeff know that I had already been by the shop to no avail, and asked if any day was better than any other. He replied that " Any day is fine.", and then 2 minutes later another email stating "Sometimes I have to pick up trucks from dealerships. There is a button connected to a horn in the waiting area by the office window. One of the guys in the shop should have came if you pressed the button. Sorry that you were not taking care of.". I ended up leaving work early for a second day in two weeks. I drove over to the shop. There was a young girl behind the counter who greeted me and let me know she would get someone, walking out and ringing the bell that I had been made aware of via email. As she walked through the door, I heard "I don't know, some guy". At this point, a lady walked out and asked how she could help. I explained that I wanted a person to look at the bed and had been going back and forth with Jeff via email. As I started to explain, she cut me off and asked if she could look at the bed. We walked out side, she dropped the tailgate and I pointed out the Line X of Turlock bed tag still intact and she again cut me off saying that since i'm not the original owner the warranty is null and void. Yes, I am aware, however I still want a quote. I am then told that they can "hand patch" the gouged area as "the chemical won't stick to other chemical". She took a quick look at the area with poor coverage and stated it would be about $500, assuming that I remove the 5th wheel plates, otherwise they can't spray under them. If I wanted over the bedrail (what I have now) it would be $520. I have a friend who just got a bed coated on a 2013 GMC 2500HD shortbed and paid $620. I own a 2002 Chevy 2500HD shortbed. So...what I'm getting is the repair they can't do because it won't stick to itself is 83% of the cost of a brand new liner? For less than 2 square feet? No thanks. Terrible customer service, exorbitant pricing, I'll just go get some bedliner in a can, thanks for wasting 4 hours of my time. read more

I had been considering different types of bed liners & decided to have Line X of Turlock do the spray in bed liner. After comparing the two types; the regular and the premium I decided to go with the premium. It is a shiny dark black & looks great with my silver Silverado. Also, it isn't supposed to fade or lose it's shiny look. It does cost more, but well worth the price. The shop employees were friendly & professional. Truck bed looks great, however they got some drips on my cab and protested that they were already there when I brought it in, I had just washed truck the morning of and it was clean as a whistle. The reluctantly wiped them off with their solvent rag. I would recommend you closely review the condition of your vehicle with the tech prior and following the application. It worked out for me this time but I could see some real problems potentially rising with these guys on these type of issues. read more

Did a good job but the price was 500 dollars more than linex of Tracy and when I called them out on it he said oh ya sorry I did some math wrong and that linex of Tracy just gives a low price to get you in the door and then they add it on I've had 3 bed liners put on in Tracy and they were awesome so definitely call and get prices over the phone otherwise if you just show up with a ride waiting for you and a price not agreed to over the phone the price goes up!!!!
