Lowe's they are twenty dollars for one. They have boxes and packing material to ensure that all your stuff makes it to its destination safely . Beware of Drew!! I've been a loyal customer for sometime now. Today I called and asked why I was being charged a $25 fee. I had to have my lock cut off because I lost the key. They charge $60 which is outrageous. Fine. I paid the fee. The credit card had fraud on it and I had to turn it off, therefore the $60 charge didn't go through. No one contacted me or did anything. But I got a $25 fee for that. I asked them to waive it. Again, I've been a loyal customer and I don't think it was too much to ask never had a problem before with my account. Drew, the manager, told me he would call corporate and let me know. He called back almost immediately and left a message saying corporate wouldn't waive the fee. I called to find out about a bigger space and while I was on the phone, I told him I didn't feel it was very fair to be charging me that $25 under the circumstances. That I was disappointed. I was very kind, I wasn't rude. I'm just stating my opinion. When I stated the reason the card was turned off, he told me he didn't believe me and called me a liar. I was shocked. My response was WOW, he went on to be rude. I'm shocked they would treat a customer like that. What a shame. I'll be leaving now and they've lost a very good customer. Wow I am blown away by all the positive reviews. My expirence with Drew was much different than the rest with him being aggitated and very unhelpful. I was at the location as a storm came through and killed the power to the facility. This resulted in the gates not working automatically. Drew was immediately rude and unprofessional with me. He screamed at me that he would charge me money for looking at the gate for a manual override switch. I even showed him a video of how to manually open the gate in case of a power outage. He told me that he can't do that because it will cost him money to reset the gate. Rather I needed to wait for nv energy to restore the power. After waiting for over an HOUR dealing with Drew's terrible attitude I was able to get the henderson police department to respond to the scene. The officers had the gate open via the same manual override I was showing Drew (the manager) within a minute. Meanwhile, Drew told us to stay miserable and wait for an unknown amount of time. Assuring me that there is nothing important going on with my life. It was a big deal as my wife and kids were home alone without power and I was unable to help them since I was being illegally detained inside the facility! Also after 3 days of trying to get ahold of corporate to talk about the incident, they never called back. I would highly reccomend to avoid this location at all costs! I can share my police report with anyone interested in seeing that this was an actual occourance I had with the storage facility. Nb read more

I am so impressed with this place, 10/10 recommend...! Kind staff and clean environment. They are always willing to work with me if I am late on payment and never predatory. I have been there for over two years and NEVER had any issues with security. In fact, I had apparently left a gap in my door before locking it and they went out of their way to call and let me know. These guys are great! Aaron and Collene and Gina--they all were professional, friendly, and very kind during a crazy weekend renting a truck from them. They gave me a great rate and took care of whatever I needed. When my move went longer than planned, I called ahead of time and they worked with me to make sure everything ran smoothly. Be very leery of conducting business with a company that does not address your concerns. This facility has had numerous RVs broken into. It was discovered how the suspect broke in after the first incident. The manager Drew refused to address the problem. That lead to the second wave of break ins. Drew still refused to address the problem. That led to the third wave of break ins. I then wrote a Yelp review addressing their theft problem. Brian G. Who I assume is a regional manager said they are now going to address the problem. He said if I wanted to discuss it further get in contact with him. He left no contact information. I spoke to Drew twice who has told me he has passed the information on to Brian, yet no contact yet. Drew said Brian does not want Drew to provide me his contact information. I've also sent several emails to corporate which thus far have been ignored. Golden State is expensive and if they have updated their security I'm sure they are going to raise rates. I've found another facility which is nicer, has better security and is lot cheaper. So choose wisely. read more

Very disappointed to find out after the fact that I delivered the vehicle back and was charged for a 2nd day because I exceed the 24 hour time frame by 2 hours. This is a new storage facility just minutes from the lake, off of Lake Mead Blvd. Had accommodations for my 24 ft boat. The customer service is great and the facility is very clean. 24 hr gate access is available. read more

This is an outstanding storage facility. We rented a few air cooled units to store our household while our new home was under construction. Clean, good lighting, many units are air cooled, prices are on par with other storage places, & the set up was a breeze. Jani was quite helpful & a pleasure to work with. Beware of trying to work with the manager, Drew. You will need to record conversations since he will go back on his word and then treat you with disrespect and contempt. Very nasty, belligerent attitude. The contract states that the business may charge you for a full month even if you are only using a partial month. The key word here is MAY indicating an ability to negotiate depending on circumstances. My mom is 74 years old and she rented two units. The second unit was rented on June 14, 2021and she paid for the full month through July 14, 2021. Her new senior housing was due to be finished on July 12 with closing on the July 14. My mom called the week before (approximately on July 7) and spoke to Drew to let him know that we would be moving her stuff out on July 15 and should be totally out of the facility by July 18. She asked if there was any way the facility could work out a partial month payment since she was only a few days over the one month. He indicated to her that he may prorate her amount due and to come in when payment was due to discuss. My mom went in person on July 14 to make payment hoping to make a partial month or prorated amount since her home was closed and we were getting ready to move her stuff out. Drew told her that she said she would be out July 25/26 and there was no way he was able to offer a partial payment. This was in direct contradiction to what he said on the phone. My mom argued and said she never said July 25 and in any case she was moving out that weekend. Things got heated and Drew told her that there was no way he was going to work with her and that she was threatening him by the way she was moving her hands when talking and she was leaning on the counter. This was the service counter, not the desk part where Drew sits. It was 118 outside and my elderly mother was leaning on the counter and he felt threatened? Drew then proceeded to call the police, or at least that's what he wanted my mom to think. He kept yelling at her to leave and that she was trespassing now because he asked her to leave. Since he called the police supposedly, she was waiting around for them to get there. At this point, she wanted to talk to the police. She then went to her car and waited 10 minutes, police never came and she drove home. So, this "manager" yells and belittles my elderly mom, calls her a liar and threatens to never close her account to make sure it affected her credit and then calls the police. And, HE feels threatened? He's a 30 something year old man and he felt threatened by a 74 frail elderly woman? My mom called me right after she left and I had her write down everything that happened. Needless to say, my mom could not handle another altercation with Drew and I went in the next day to pay her rent. He charged the full month even though we moved everything out as my mom mentioned to him by the 18th. My mom feared retaliation and further hateful discord and no longer wished to pursue a prorated payment amount and you can bet Drew was not going to work with her anyway. Horrible experience and apparently my mom is not the first customer to get questionable and unethical service from this person. And he's a manager?? read more
