These guys are just plain excellent. Competitive prices, excellent quality, easy to work with, and in our case very fast, I have very little negative to say. If pressed, I would say that their system of invoicing could be a little cleaner and more condensed (rather than several different emails you receive) but this is splitting hairs. Mir's crew is the best! We needed to have 50 folders, 50 booklets and 150 DVD labels printed in three days, and the Digital City team had everything done in two. The day after we submitted the order, samples were ready, which allowed us to tweak the colors of the folders and layout of the booklets before the whole order was ready the next day. The only glitch in the whole experience was that the DVD labels had been accidentally cropped too closely on the paper cutter--the tops of the circles had been cut off. But we had a day to spare, since the original order had been printed so quickly, and Mir had the whole batch of 150 labels reprinted and correctly cropped the next day without hesitation. We appreciate the professionalism of Digital City Marketing's staff and their high standards, in terms of quick turnaround time and quality of finished product. I had already had several bad experiences with other printers so I wanted to make sure there were no confusions with my order. Angela was very patient and kind and showed me several different types of paper with varying levels of gloss. They were very quick to print my physical proof once I placed my order (best prices I have found). My entire order of 500 brochures were done within a few days. I've been using Digital City for about a year now for my small business. They are nothing short of spectacular. I have very large print orders for my business and Digital City by far has the lowest prices and highest quality. I assume they handle a large volume of customers, but every time I call or email I get immediate responses. I swear it feels like I'm their priority. As a last praise, I'll also tell about how I once had an order worth around $1400 that was printed on the wrong stock of paper (mostly my fault) and they reprinted for free! I mean I was blown away. Free reprints are expected when the company made the mistake, but in this case it was mostly my fault. Worst printing services ever! I was looking for a place to print some envelopes in a rush (same day). Instead of going to staples or ordering from vista print I figured I'd try a local place. Although the place was a little tough to find I still had high hopes. I walked in there was a gentleman and a lady, no one acknowledged my presence, they both were on their own worlds and I was the only person in the store. Finally I asked for some assistance and explained I needed some envelopes printed professionally. They both looked surprised and neither of them knew if the envelope printing printer worked. They did not offer to check, they offered nothing. Highly disappointing, I've seen reviews on google and Yelp stating no job is too big or too small, while that "may" be true these guys definitely did not know what they were doing. Not worth the time, especially if you're printing book products which is too bad because 3 years ago they were able to provide consistency and quality. No remorse for their mistakes, no customer service and when I pointed out human made errors I was talked over and told to bring them back for a refund or go somewhere else.
