The receptionist however has been a smartass (but friendly) every time I have been there. My bigger complaint is their prices. If you call and ask how much propane is they will tell you 2.05 a gallon, but when you ask why they charge 85$ for 25 gallons the receptionist then disclaims that 2.05 is for a 100 gallon minimum.

I asked for help loading 14 sheets of drywall only to be told that I had to load it. Unfortunately I have a bad back the periodically goes out from a bad car accident, that is why requested help. Another customer helped me load by hand instead of using one of the two forklifts available. Forklifts are used to help with labor tasks such as this to prevent back injury, hand injury, etc. To finish loading in my truck, a day laborer came to help. I tipped him when we finished loading. Now I wouldn't mind paying for help, but when you advertise and promote help loading, and don't. That's false advertising. There is no good deal in that. I think I'd rather pay Ace more per sheet than deal with the depot.

Johnny and Billy Clements (CLS owners) were a very pleasant surprise in Midland! They showed up…read morewhen they said they would, fixed the low pressure front yard station and non functioning back yard station that I called them to fix. But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction? CALL Johnny and Billy at CLS FIRST!! You will be very pleased your did!

He stated that the problem on this washer was the basin shocks were bad. He stated the parts were no longer available. His recommendation would be to replace the washer, and he had 2 for sale. His first lie was that parts were not available. PARTS WERE AVAILABLE...Internet search found MULTIPLE parts available. To include Amazon. I ordered the OEM parts, and should arrive today. I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. Service did not meet basic needs of service call. Only solution was to replace washer less that 2 years old with parts that were easily available. Not happy with service, and feel I was taken advantage of.
