Checked 2 days later to see if package shipped, but the order was cancelled, no emails telling me anything just cancelled, tried numerous calls to customer service no answer and no return call. Back in 2017 , I ordered a 100oz royal canadian mint silver bar. Waited 4 weeks and no delivery so I called but phone was disconnected. Email didn't work. I freaked out so I went to the police department to report fraud but they told me to go to small claims. At small claims I realized I was in trouble because gold mart is in Nevada and filing a claim looked like an ordeal. 2 months later, my bar was delivered but I promised myself never to associate with gold mart!! read more

I was trying to see if anyone else has been ripped off by Goldmart.com. I order PM's 3 weeks ago and till today I have been told repeatedly that my shipment is going out tomorrow, tomorrow and again tomorrow. They do not have any inventory as stated on their website. They have items on the website that states in stock yet they are not. I was told by their manager Nick that their insurance has lapsed into a month to month and that they can not insure shipments. These guys are selling stuff they do not have. I believe they will end up like MF Global. I have start fraud proceedings against them with the FBI. read more

Has wide variety of products on the website, but unsure if they really exist. Shipping is very slow and Customer service is not good. Each time when you call them, they tell you it will be shipped that day but does not happen. you cannot count on goldmart for buying gold /silver for occasions/gift purposes because it NEVER ships you ON TIME. I know they havent had the best of reputation but after seeing that they had raised their BBB rating I figured I would give them another chance to see how they were handling customers orders now a days. Let me tell I was pleasantly surprised. It was a complete 180 from my previous experience. I ordered a few gold coins and a silver coin and they were shipped and received in the said timeframe and their customer service did a great job of keeping me up to date with the status of my order. May 2015. I guess Goldmart has gotten a bit better compared to previous reviews. However they still need some prodding to ship. I overnighted a personal check to them in which must have been deposited the day it was received because my bank 2000 miles away cleared it the following day after they received it. So it should have shipped 7 business days after their deposit. It was more like 9 or 10 after their deposit but it does say "usually " ships in 7 days after deposit of personal check. I did call a couple times on day 7 and 8 to see why it hadn't shipped but got opinionated excuses. (I not blaming customer service answering the phone. They can only do so much like a waitress) The order was correct however and everything was nice and shiny. I placed an order for a 1 oz gold eagle coin, and received the coin roughly 8 days later. The base price for the coin was pretty competitive with other online shops, but the coin cost about $35 more if you want to pay for it through paypal or with a credit/debit card. read more

I will not buy from this business again. I ordered two 5 oz silver rounds from this company. It took 10 days to get my order, which wasn't a big deal, but the container the coins were in was damaged. I called them to ask if they could send a replacement in the mail, and they refused. She told me their profit margin is too low, however if I placed another order they would send it with the new order! Wow! Talk about terrible customer service!! My advice is to stay away from Goldmart! If there is any kind of issue that comes up, good luck! Unethical business. I placed an order for 2 1 oz. gold bars. After I didn't receive the product I called customer service to follow up. I was told they had cancelled my order internally for some reason (customer service rep wasn't clear on the reason why). I was never informed of the cancellation. I was told I could place the order again but they couldn't honor the original order (even though the cancellation had nothing to do with me). Since gold had gone up in price the increased cost would be on me. Customer service rep said he would raise to his manager but of course nothing ever came of that. Many reputable dealers out there - go use one of them and forget about this "business". read more

I ordered a shipment on 12th of last month, my enclosed check was cashed 3 days later on 15th. On 2nd of this following month I phone to check on delivery and was told due to Thanksgiving Holiday some shipments were a little late. Today is the 7th and still nothing has arrived. I am not happy with this company nor favorably impressed with their lack of customer service and false promises given to me on the phone. It has been 9 days since two weeks my check was cashed, it has been 5 days since I was promised my order was going out to me. The Pony Express had a better delivery time service than this company has. Waiting two weeks to be sure my check would clear was ample enough time, this shipment due me should have arrived prior to my first phone call to this company. I am going to have to nag them again. This should not be necessary for me to do. After this next phone call, my further nagging to receive what I purchased will be in writing with the cc going to government officials in both our states and to the federal level. read more
