We went here today for my son's 10th Birthday party. The whole reservation process was impersonal and rushed, and I talked to 2 different managers. $22 per kid isn't exactly cheap, especially when the party does not include a party host, and you're pretty much on your own. We arrived about 3 minutes after our 2pm party time, and there was another party in the party room. I asked one of the people working "Um, I have a 2pm party" and they escorted me to the party window to check in. I check in, and the manager Josue is talking through the window a mile a minute, repeating information a few times, after I said "ok" about 50 times he comes to escort us to the party room. They have 2 rooms, which was actually more like 1 room cut in half with the cheesy black rope they use at movie theaters So we could hear and see the other party, and they could see us. Their room was significantly larger too, and with 14 kids, and about 5 adults, we were very cramped. The manager made sure to tell me 3 different times there was a party right after us, and that we only had about 40-45 minutes in the room (although the party states 1 hour), and then proceeded to ramble ON AND ON again. It started off extremely rushed and yet he was wasting my time too. They brought out the pizzas after about 5 minutes and I divided the pizzas and we ate. After about 10 minutes or so, when the kids were winding down, I asked for their cake knife and plates for the cake. They stalled for 5 minutes then told me the OTHER party had the cake knife, and they would try to find SOMETHING that might work. We had an ice cream cake and needed a knife. After 5 more minutes (now 10 total), they come back with a pie server (a non-serated triangle thing), and said this is all we have, the other party has the knife. The other party by this time was cleaning up, and my husband proceeded to try to cut the cake with the triangle thing, while I try to get someone to get me plates. Another 5 minutes pass and they bring us plates, no forks, and they tell me "oh they are right there next to the window" so I go get them. As we are still cutting the cake, it's been about 35ish minutes, the manager comes back again and tells me as soon as we are done cutting the cake we need to proceed outside to finish our party...We can cut the cake, then we need to leave!! SERIOUSLY. I tell him, if I hadn't been waiting 15 minutes for plates and a cake cutter, that they didn't have, that we wouldn't have a problem with that, but we were waiting on them, and we will sit and eat our cake! He says "oh, uh, ya ya, ok then you need to proceed outside, and come to the window so we can settle up the bill." They don't care at all about the party, or our experience, they wanted my money. I go out to the window to settle up, get the wristbands for the rides. They tell me that we have 2 hours unlimited, including the lazer tag, and golf. When we were ready for golf to come back up to the party window. We let the kids run around for 1.5 hours before deciding we wanted to do golf. At several points the kids came to me telling me they couldn't do the lazer tag. The line was REALLY long, they only let 4 kids in at a time (yes, 4 TOTAL is what we were told; we had 14 kids in our party alone!) and they would have spent the entire 2 hours waiting for lazer tag if they did it. At one point I went to the party window and asked for the arcade tokens instead of the lazer tag. On the party package page on the website, it offered a choice of 12 arcade tokens OR lazer tag. I told one of the managers (not the manager I was originally talking to) about the situation and he said that they could give us the tokens but all 14 kids had to come to the window so he could write on their wristbands so we don't get the tokens and the lazer tag...because ya, we want to rip them off and wait 2 hours for a 5 minute game of lazer tag.... but ok. So I ask for Josue since he was supposed to be handling my party, and he tells me that NO, they won't do that! Since lazer tag is operable, they won't give us tokens, if we don't want to do it, we don't do it, and if they kids do, they just have to wait or experience the other attractions. I said, the other guy JUST said he would, and Josue said "oh, ok then, bring them around we'll figure it out." So I gather up the kids, bring them over, it was time for golf anyway. Some had already gone home by this time, so there were 9 kids. I said, we want the tokens, and then we want to get our golf stuff. He said, I can do the tokens, but you have to wait in the other line for golf! So now I'm waiting in line behind another 5-7 people waiting for golf stuff after they told me I could go to the party window the first time. Honestly, all that matters is that my kid had a great time, good friends, and the Ameci's pizza was awesome. But for spending over $350 on a birthday party, it was a rip off! I will be back for family days, but don't waste $ on a party here! read more

The bumper boat water was appallingly disgusting. Half of the arcade games didn't work. Staff was pretty distant and ignored us while we stood right in front of them waiting to order drinks. All of the ponds on the mini-golf courses were drained. Overall, not a place worth going too. The mini-golf courses WERE pretty tight but the lack of water sort of killed it since they were so obviously geared around the aquatic decor. read more

We held my son's 7th birthday party here today and the manager on duty and the staff in charge of assisting us with the party are very helpful. The pizza orders came in late (not Golf n stuff's fault) but the manager made it up to us and was apologetic. Our pitchers were refilled and were asked constantly if we need anything else. It's corny. And so, so '80s. And that's why you should love it. Be patient with the teens sucking face with every putt on the course in front of you. Be prepared to lose the occasional ball. Wash your hands after using that rubber-handled putter that like a thousand other people have touched. And steer clear of the blue sewage water. But enjoy it--the moving and stationery statues, the silly downmarket-Disney vignettes--this, after all, is what not taking yourself too seriously is all about. This is mini-golf. read more

Very disappointed in this location, had overpaid a game of golf and instead of giving money back gave us a certificate for a game, that was fine since we come a lot (btw we drive all way from chatsworth) but the certificate expired and they would not let us use it, poor customer service we will not be regular visitors anymore. read more

Don't ever come to this place, it is a money pit. For $14 you get a single short ride and half a game in the arcade. All the soda is Extremely watered down and they microwave their hotdogs. i actually had a lot fo fun here, so many mini golf/arcade type of places are so outdated and dirty/decaying, but this one is very clean and modern-esque. A decent fun course and the go carts were pretty fun as well. If you're looking to just play some arcade games I definitely recommend going here. They have a good amount of games and If you get 20 dollars worth of coins you receive 100. I've been coming here for so many years, ever since I was little. I love it! The place gets very crowded, but they are nice about it and give you your space and dont rush you :) which is nice. My family and I go to Golf N' Stuff traditionally every Father's Day and it's a lot of fun! I wish there was a special discount for the dads on the day of but prices weren't bad. We played a round of golf and everyone had a lot of fun and were nice and tired at the end. We didn't play any arcade games but my husband is a fan of them and it's great that they have them. My only complaint is that every time we play we end of losing atleast 1 to 2 golf balls on the course. This time we lost two but found two so we had extra. We always have fun here. read more

I had a nice time here last night with my husband and our friends. We came to play mini golf around 7pm and stayed afterwards for the arcade games. I grew up spending lots of time at the Family Fun Center in Fountain Valley, so places like this are very nostalgic for me. Golf N' Stuff was opened in 1974 and it reminds me a lot of the place I used to frequent as a kid in Orange County. Same funny golf course with unnaturally colored water in the ponds and fountains, the quirky little ghost town and windmills. The arcade was fun, they even had a photo booth (digital). I got some nachos from the snack bar, that really brought me back, with the neon "cheese" sauce. Overall, a very fun evening. The employees were all great - everyone I spoke with was friendly, polite, and working hard. I'm impressed with how they run the place. Good job Golf N' Stuff. Keep being retro-y awesome! read more

The place could use some updating, but we still had a good enough time playing mini-golf that we went back a second time. The video arcade area was cramped, but the kids didn't have any interest so we didn't stay in that area. My experience at Golf n Stuff could have been better. Although they do have a lot of arcade games, it is still not good. The ponds in the golf course are dirty. They smell like rotten eggs. The laser tag that they have is a tent and not a room. I went into the tent and it felt like it was 100 degrees inside. At least they had some cooling fans at the end of the tent. The go karts, bumper cars, and water boats are ok. I would have hope that they would clean up more. read more

I've never heard of a mini golf place charging for parking before especially when they have plenty of parking! Boomers in SM doesnt and neither do the mini golf places in the valley. Ive been going to Golf and Stuff for many years now. Went when i was a kid in elementary school on field trips, went on dates there in high school, and now we do group dates with other couples now as a 30 year old man. The place looks and feels the same. I love it! The golfing is fun. Lots of games to play. Air hockey rocks! and the race track is fun too. As long as they keep the paint fresh and the machines working this place will be around forever. read more

Of course, it's great putting practice, but there's also bumper boats & cars, little indy cars, video games, and skeeball (my personal favorite). Established in 1974 and probably not taken care of since then. The golf course wasn't in too bad of shape. Greens had all kinds of things from the nearby trees on the course which was a bummer but this isn't the PGA so I guess not the biggest deal. The arcade had broken games (at least half) the ones that did work sometimes ate the quarters. When we went to cash in tickets half the prizes were in stock. The employees had the enthusiasm of people watching paint dry. I would venture elsewhere if the opportunity came but if I was nearby I think I may go back. read more

I wouldn't recommend this for a birthday party. The measuring stick they use to measure the kids is inconsistent since the ground is uneven. You must be well over 56" in order to rode solo on Indy cars. The staff was not helpful, just stated that they have secret shoppers and will get in trouble if kids are not tall enough. This was after they let kids in our party go solo. Horrible policy and website should be changed to 58" because it disappoints after you've paid $300 for your party. read more

When you arrive you have to pay a $5 entrance fee, which just turns into a $5 off coupon. With the coupon mini golf was $13 for two people. Two courses, 18 holes each. The holes attractions are okay. I come here just for the mini golf. I have golfed at other parks before and I'd say this course is a bit nicer than the others I have seen. There are a couple greens that have wrinkles in them but overall, it is a fun course. I do agree with a few other reviews that the staff looks beyond bored, but at least they aren't rude. read more

We've gone numerous times and this last visit was on a Saturday night. First off you need to pay $5 to the parking attendant which you get back when you pay. It wasn't busy and we paid for a round of miniature golf. The seem to have redone the course so they were in decent shape. I like that it is easy to do two rounds. The issue is when you get behind a very large group, and that could make it long evening. The arcade games have seen their day, so you may want to avoid them. We didn't do the go-carts this visit but have in the past and they are pretty fun. The biggest knock on this place is that it always seems dirty. Not much attention to sanitation, and there is so supervision. read more
