And to my horror, when I backed up, part of the front end () of my 2019 Subaru pulled apart. It was still attached, but with small a gap to the side fender. I pulled into Crash Champions. Heather English came out, looked under the car, said I needed to replace the retainer that clipped both pieces together; a $10 part. Within 20 minutes of my pulling into Crash Champions this morning (after the ordered part had arrived), my car was back together looking like new; the service man also re-seated the torn bumper cover above the wheel. Total cost $140. I am thrilled. I cannot recommend this business more highly. I had them do body work on my previous Subaru. That car with 225,000 miles and, with hurricane inflicted damage, came back looking like new. I am out of words to describe this quality business. rkkjr

After spending thousands of dollars, I picked up my vehicle only to realize the Range Rover emblem was completely missing from the back of my car--even though it was supposed to be replaced. I had to wait almost a full month for them to finally get the emblem in and schedule me to come back. When I returned to have it installed, they put the emblem on crooked and not straight at all. I called immediately to let them know and Joey told me there was nothing he could do because his team used the "styrofoam guide" that comes with the emblem and therefore claimed it should be straight. Even after admitting the issue, he refused to fix the poor workmanship unless I paid more money for additional parts to correct their mistake. This was extremely unprofessional, and I'm disappointed that after paying so much, I still left with sloppy work and no accountability. I would not recommend Carsmetics to anyone.
