Yeah i could go to one of those chain repair shops, but i wanted the job done right. My first contract & subsequent contact was with a gentleman named Tom. He explained everything to me and gave me a general price range which turned out to be accurate. Yeah i had to wait about a week because they are a very very busy shop and i wanted the job done right. One week later I got my Trooper back and very happy. He ordered a new one that would fix the issue and was back out to install within days. Even though I should've gone with the dealer mirror initially, it was still much cheaper. I lost 1/2 a quart in a 5 mile ride. I took it back and they said it was my valve cover gaskets. Even if it was it never leaked that much oil. They wanted to charge me just to check to see. The girl in the off is not (in my opinion) all there something is off! She started to try and videotape and record our conversation so I got my phone and started the same thing and she wouldn't say anything else. I took my truck to a real shop with real mechanics and they replaced my rear main seal now no leaks but my transmission needs rebuilt again!!i Total ripoff !! Do not go there they're a total group of thieves in my opinion!!
