After blowing the bead on a large tractor tire I found myself at Go Lightly for help. Steve was awesome. Got the tire back on the bead and filled with air right on my trailer. We could not find a leak, that was odd, but a week later and I still have air in the tire. Highly recommend Go Lightly for any equipment tire repair.

As if that was not enough, Steve followed us the whole way to a campground where we could stay for the night.

I have been to numerous America's Tire stores throughout California, and I have found their service to be top notch. Discount Tire in Flagstaff off of Milton Road was no different than my experience with America's Tire in California. I had a flat tire fifty miles outside of Flagstaff on the first leg of my trip to Oklahoma City from California. The tire had damage to the sidewall so it was not repairable. Brennan assisted me and he was professional, helpful, empathetic, and kind. Unfortunately, they didn't have my tire in stock so he was able to order it after 5 pm on Friday and get it shipped to his store the next morning. He made things so easy for me that I was back on the road by early Saturday afternoon. Everything worked out well without a hitch. Brennan made things go very smoothly. I couldn't ask for any better service. The employees that I encountered at the store were very kind and friendly. They made me feel like a valued customer. This was quite a busy store, but they are able to move cars out very quickly. Thanks to Brennan and the rest of the Discount Tire team at the Milton Rd. store for making my minor mishap an easy resolution. This is why I have been buying my tires at America's Tire/Discount Tire for many years. They provide quick and courteous service, no matter which store I go to.

The place was busy as hell.. tourists from all over the country and locals as well. A big motor home had some massive blowouts and was blocking at least two of their bays. But damn, if they didn't keep pushing cars and tires and all manner of problems through to resolution! I have never seen a tire store like this be more efficient and friendly! Clean, fast, full of smiles! My repair was free under warranty but I gave a tip to Ron the manager, who, by the way, was working his butt off as well. He added some I am sure and we treated the guys to some cold Red Bulls. I'm impressed with this location! My service guy got an extra tip too! Thanks guys!

I called Randy's about 4:30 and they set me up for 8 the next morning. They got right on it and were finished by early afternoon. Great service, friendly place, and very fair pricing. I want to share the experiences I have been having with Randy's Downtown Garage. I brought my car…read morein because my fuel door wouldn't open. Randy's said the fuel door and spring mechanism would need to be ordered and they charged me $546 to fix the door. I trusted them (my error for sure) and didn't research the estimate they gave and had them do the work. I later began to look into the costs and found that the price for a fuel door for my car was at the most $112, while Randy's charged me $245. Furthermore I learned when I dropped by the dealership that it wasn't necessary to replace the fuel door to fix the clip and spring that were the problem. In fact, Randy's charged me for those parts separately as well, at a rate more than double what the dealership cost. The dealership offered an estimate of $201 to repair the fuel door, a full $345 more than Randy's charged. I wrote a civil letter to Randy's and their owner, Harry Curtin, asking for a refund of the difference between what they charged and the more customary charge of $201. Two months later I have (of course) not heard nor received anything. I would strongly advise anyone to be very cautious with Randy's Downtown Garage. Certainly don't accept any estimate from them (as I did) as reasonable. I have not found them to be an honest business.
