Alex was friendly, confirmed the right tire was in stock, quickly quoted the out-the-door price, and let us know they could change out the tire immediately. We drove right over, his crew got right on the tire replacement, honestly checked the tread on the other tires letting us know they looked good. They offered and encouraged free tire rotation. We were on a cross country road trip from CA to KS after having purchased a new to us Mazda Miata. The balance on the tires was WAY off and I'd had enough of it. We called while about an hour west of Flagstaff and were able to get an appointment that was right when we rolled into town. Owner and 3 younger gentlemen were in the shop. All were very respectful and pleasant to chat with as they balanced all 4 tires (everyone was out of balance by the way). They kept us informed as to what they were finding with each tire and were very efficient in getting us fixed up (young man on the balance machine was a "car guy", you can tell! Really helped calm my nerves that we were getting things sorted out). Roughly 35 minutes from when I pulled into the bay until we were headed back towards I-40 to continue our 1600 mile trip.
