I am sure there's a story behind it. I knew what to expect upon my visit to the Nike Factory Store. There are other similar outlets located in various malls. It's all about Nike clothing, shoes, bags, socks, and all types of accessories for men, women and children. They had a good inventory of everything mentioned, including refurbished Nike shoes at half the cost. Shared parking lot and Wi-Fi available.

Service was great immediately and I was told to just hold on to my shoes until I either find what I'd like to switch them out with or if anything I could return them. I was pretty bummed at first because I really love the ones I purchased online, but they felt a little too snug. I unfortunately didn't see anything remotely similar in the store. As I was sitting trying on a few different shoes another associate walked up and we chatted for a few minutes. I told him my dilemma and he offered to scan my shoes to see what else we may be able to do. To my surprise they had another half size to a size up online and I was able to do a straight exchange and the shoes will come right to my house. Service at the counter was wonderful and it couldn't have went better. The store was clean and organized. Every employee I interacted with both greeted and offered help where they could. Prices were fair for the quality and they had some great sales going for the holidays.

So ironic, as we weren't even budget shopping, it was just the perfect layout for ours needs. We asked one question of the sales team, to be answered from the manufacturer before proceeding. They would have had a sale. Never heard back. Thank you for that!!! We found something elsewhere, with a layout that worked even better for us! The RV dealer sales system needs to be overhauled. The backpacking package we got came with 2 backpacks, 2 sleeping bags, 2 sleeping pads, 2 water bladders, a water filter, stove, 2 pairs of hiking poles, 2 head lamps, and a pot and it was perfect. The only additional things we got separately were backpacking chairs and a pillow but you can get those from them as well. The staff were super nice and made this whole rental process super easy with picking up and dropping off.
