I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. Apparently I missed the deadline by 2 minutes and there was "nothing they could do". I understand I was 12 minutes late, but you'd think they'd take into account I took a half day and drove nearly an hour after waiting a month and a half for the appointment. I will find somewhere else to make my business.
